I just put my chia seeds with vanilla flavored almond milk in the fridge to chill I also got some blueberries and strawberries to put on top once it's chilled in a couple hours this is the first time I've ever made chia seeds or taste of them so I'm pretty excited😅
In this day and age it's a wonder why anybody eats meat it's so unnecessary there are so many delicious plant-based options it blows my mind because cows are a big reason why that we're having global warming because I hate to say it their farts😅
I tried this, and while it wasn't bad, it definitely takes some getting used to with the texture haha !!! I paired mine up with strawberries and bananas, which helped me like it more. i think for now, I'll stick with regular oatmeal and find a different use for the quinoa ❤
So I realize that I can put them in the microwave in the morning, or whatever other method to heat up, but I'm genuinely curious because I have never done these myself...do people eat them cold? That seems SO unappetizing to me.
