I’ve just earned my black belt in 8 years and it’s a lot of hard work, blood, sweat and tears and it’s a huge achievement! This video really touched me and she totally has earned it! Massive respect to her!
Yeah it’s a possibility but as long as you’re aware of the Estima lock it’s not too much of a problem. The goal for this drill is the passing posture and building frames.

I guess what I don't quite understand is how you're getting the second carotid artery. I know a lot of people that will not tap out or pass out to only one artery
