These seem very thick. How long can they be worn in case of heavy flow. Will wearing them too long not cause rashes? Do they help to feel dry even during heavy flow? How long does it take them to air dry after washing ?
duration depends on each individuals flow - 2hrs to 4 hours in heavy flow.. they dont cause rashes as its fabric.. usually they feel dry, you may feel wetness for few seconds when u wear it again after going to loo.. drying time depends on the weather, on sunny day 3-4 hours is enough.
Don't do it. Relax and calm down, then try.. I did it yesterday for the first time after trying for like 50+ times😅 it doesn't hurt actually, just a bit in the starting
