So I’ve got one I’m new to radios I can transmit and it’s clear but I can’t receive or hear anything is there something to this I’m missing?

Same thing happened here last month, it kept repeating "The current time is X:XX PM/AM CDT." the whole glitch for this lasted about 10 minutes.

How did you get a recording of this? Or was this video originally taken in 2004 cause that seems a lil too high quality for a camera

I had one just like this! It was a stormy night and it woke me up form a severe thunderstorm warning .I went back to sleep and then 30 minutes later there was a tornado warning. It scared the crap out of me.
