Hi I’m kaladi Raghuveer I have a problem with your staff named Palak Singh and other two. The main problem is I have selected a accommodation after Palak said the accommodation is Available then only I have paid the bookings fee, after paying she’s telling that accommodation is only for girls and occupatied by girls. So now if that property is not available then I will I have to be wait, just refund my amount or else try to give that accommodation only. I will give my review In all the platforms and I complaint. This is very bad thing I noticed from your staff. And main thing is no staff will pick the calls and they will say we will call you after some time and they will not even call back. I’m totally disappointed by this if it possible give that accommodation or else give refund.
