Next year I'd trade away top draft picks, and sign $800,000 and below. Look at Jeffers draft contract, and don't pay anymore than that. Incentivize people, of course, give them an option to earn money. Don't just throw it at them at once. $800,000 and below is plenty of a base salary for young guys that haven't even played yet.

Around the organization how are things going since the draft picks? Well, A+ is on a losing streak, AAA isn't pulling ahead much past .500, guys like Ortega, Cardenas, and Laweryson are still struggling in AA, ROK got raped again, and we're seeing A do what they're doing. Oh, and the Twins lost another one.
See told you the 2.4 million dollar contract for that draftee who has not played even at A, along with the million dollar some contracts for the draftees that were drafted well after the first one the twins got have caused the twins to get raped again.
So as you can see the twins just got raped and that comes right after they signed new draftees, the first one being signed for 2.4 million and that individual wasn't even in the top 25. That along with the over million-dollar contracts for all the other people who were drafted far lower. You have guys on the MLB twins who don't even make close to 2.4 million dollars. Until you disperse wealth properly you're never going to be who you want to be.
Once again you can look at AA and you can see how much they've been losing and you can look back and find in comments on the organization pages from A to MLB that I said Rucker should be moved down. That was one move, a simple move that they could make in the lineup because they were losing and when they did that they won a handful of games. Then, shortly after they moved him back. They continue to lose and if you look from game to game it's always Rucker's hitting second. Also, Lawyerson has had enough time to see that he's an issue too. Someone from A+ needs to replace him.
Interesting move to bring Eeles all the way up to AAA considering you have guys, and what you need is catcher help. Also, interesting Winder was called up, Boushley just isn't enough? Look, I'm not there to see how guys are, but I'm sure there's a chance for him in MLB. You've got your multiple level send down of Jack Noble that threw off his progress, and then this jump for a guy who started at A this yr. Some moves were made, but what about Ross being sent down or Solomon going down?
Interesting, 9 runs given up by one guy. Let me say it like this, what if we had a surgeon at a hospital who made four mistakes. I say mistake, and I know how that sounds, but getting scored on is being exposed. Anyways, knowing there are other people who can help, should I just let the surgeon continue making mistakes? Or should I call someone else in? You should probably have someone else step in to at least try. The same thing happened with Festa, gives up early runs, and at that point of the homer, someone should be getting ready to come in. Then, he gives up more runs, and from what I know after tracking this theory for a while, it's a sure chance the team won't come back after a guy gives up more than four early runs and doesn't get taken out. From here, I'd expect you to plan for a guy in the pen who can pitch 55 pitches or so, and be ready again after 3 days rest. This way you can replace a SP who struggl3s early and you'll still have fresh arms for the next 2 days.
Time for some new moves, and AA and A+ don't have fresh vids, so the comment will go here. Velez up to AA, Solomon down. Eeles up after 70 PAs, Ross down. Consideration of Matthews up, and Harris down, and Varland to the pen would be wise. Varland to the pen being generous all considering.
As an organization you have a lot of stars despite the poor records up and down MiLB. You'd have a good opportunity to target a guy like Santander or Luis Roberts, who don't carry large contracts and provide youth. Guys like Kemp could even be good to offer in a trade, even though he's moved around, due to his improved performance batting.
To the organization: I do know that J Mercedes was moved up with a 5.61 era, and he's doing poorly. I see no reason S Perez can't move up even though his whip isn't great. I also know that Velez is one of your best assets, and to not promote him to a struggling AA would be an act of complacency. I also know that Ross has had over 140 ABs and sports a low batting average, and Eeles has been nothing but a refreshing splash of water, he being able to play everywhere Ross can. Maybe that's disrespectful to move guys two levels, so maybe Urbina goes down, and Eeles goes up. Then, maybe Ross for Velez. I know that you have a few catchers, one Roman, who can fill in for Elvis. I also know that Harry is not a leadoff hitter.
Without a doubt there is a lot I don't know when it comes to finances of moving guys, along with personal affairs. I do know that your teams are struggling, and I've told you that Holland should lead off. I know that simple lineup moves like that are easy, and you continue to lose while he bats down in order. Also, if you want influence with AA I'd suggest Sabato hits 2nd. Z Matthews might as well get moved to AAA within the next 2 starts or so considering some of the struggles. He's 24 now, and the game he lost was due to very poor run production by AA. These are tied together because AA and AAA should be working together to move some guys soon.
How about Soto not being moved down, and Pasqualotto as well. Both are A guys I've written to them about moving. I write this here because it's about the organization as a whole. Also, what about Elvis with his .095 average after many ABs while Roman has gradually progressed in 3 years of ROK, definitely could swap those two. How about the Velez guy, wow, really holding him to slow growth considering you've got some poor performers above him in levels. Glad to see Dobnak struggling as usual. Also, interesting to see what happens with Farmer or Vasquez. When you guys were sucking in ST I said you should have one of them leadoff, and that has not happened once, and you can see the results. That was also when Vasquez was doing well. I've also mentioned that Santana should bat first or second like in ST, and that hasn't happened once. I'm well aware of their stats throughout their careers, but that decision is more about establishing leadership, putting them first because of their personality, not speed.
Although this was posted a few days ago, I'll write on here because I haven't commented on this one. From the top down the organization is struggling. I wrote to Fort Myers that Lee would benefit from time in AA, not to rush him, and you can see he's not doing well in AAA. Also, I've said many times that Julien is not a leadoff hitter, and you can see that he's struggling. Also, AA just moved Rucker up to 2nd in the lineup after having won three games in a row with him down, a suggestion I made just prior to those games. They were raped. Also, I've said many times that pitchers should not be allow3d to give up more than 4 runs, and Ohl was left in there to get destroyed. It is unfortunate that he even gave up that many considering he's up and coming, but it happened, and the staff let it. I haven't even checked A+, A, and ROK yet.
I've given Balazovic a lot of crap, but I'd say if you were to give him a chance because the Twins have been struggling, it would be in the bullpen. Many times lately the Twins have given up 4+ runs from their SP, and a guy who can eat up a good amouny of innings would be crucial. This mainly follows the move you made with Simeon, he didn't necessarily do well in AAA, only had a few games in MLB, and turned out to work well.
Not that many days ago I wrote to this organization to move Rucker down (AA) in the lineup. It took a few days, and they've won three in a row with him hitting down. These are things that can be done to improve your season.
I've shared my insight on Harris being moved down, and he is still on your roster. Although he had a few good outtings, he sports an above 6 ERA after many IP while there are guys who deserve to replace him.
I've written on the Twins vids that Julien should not be leadoff, and here you can see why as he plays AAA. I've told you that Holland would be good to move to first or second in the lineup along with Fajardo, and neither of those are happening. Although Holland didn't really prove being called up, he did well when he got to AAA.
You guys are in fact gay, I've said that Varland should get work in the bullpen. What does gay mean? It means you're making fraternal decisions based on favoritism. I haven't always been right, Simeon is doing well in the MLB now, but that was after having a few games in the MLB. Louie had many games in the MLB as a starter, and is doing poorly as a starter in AAA. Therefore, a wise choice would be to move him to the pen as a long reliever, someone who can pitch 4 or 5 innings if needed.
Just make sure you limit your SPs to 4 runs, and take them out right away. Unless they give up a grandslam, that's usually pretty easy, just have someone get warm. Every time the Twins allow their guys to stay in after 4 they lose, so even if it's in the second inning, take them out.
Ug…Twins colored. Red white and blue are the wrong colors for aloha shirts. Nice on a flag, but kids wrong for an aloha shirt. Apparently the @Twins marketing team are now punishing the saints with their color pallet.
No joke, Gunkel should be figuring it out down a level. I know you're trying a re-emergence from 2019, but that's a lot of years out of this league. .406 opponent batting average? Whoa.
I'm just going to leave this here because it's the only place with new videos from the organization, you gotta check Mercedes in ROK. At some point you have to move him up before you discourage him all together..422 after 40 some ABs and good past performance at that level. You guys have a lot of guys who did really well their first year, were held to a s3cond year in ROK, and many did way worse that year, some of them still at that level. Some might have been too young, but you'd benefit from moving those guys up after the first good year.
Look at that move to move Shuffield down, he just did great! Now you need to think about Kemp, Gunkel, and Harris, and why they're struggling. Just last year you did that favoritism thing with Dobnak like you were with Archer on the Twins when he was losing a lot. Do you need to do that again with Gunkel? He's 0-5, and that ERA isn't looking like it's getting any better.
Even though Holland was moved up on speculation, not having good stats years prior, he's done well at AAA. You could leadoff with him, and have Fajardo hit second.
I think it's sort of retarded that a sports chef, someone who's supposed to fuel, and give strength to your warriors, is eating a Lunchable in this skit. I'd recommend using Yuka, Fooducate, and MyNetDiary to look at food quality. Also, a chef for athletes should be in shape. You could try hiring a woman, there are already many guys that are a part of that culture. Lastly, he should not wear more than 50% white, so a blue hat, or more color everywhere else would work.
Why don't you look at Fajardo's 2 SB in 27 games when he just stole 50 in 120 something games last year. This year he gets one SB out of 13.5 games, last year was one in 2.5 games I think.
It's funny, you guys are sucking dick, yet Kiersey is never 5th or 6th in the lineup. You just keep doing roughly the same thing, and nothing changes. Why don't you start off with Fajardo, Wallner, and Helman, Severino. From there, fill it in.
Stankiewicz up, Harris and/or Gunkel down. Winkel down, Morales up, and Shuffield down, McCusker up. Varland gets moved to relief pitching, and Cardenas gets more ABs. Look, this is just between AA and AAA, and all these moves aren't necessarily the best, McCusker just breaking out. Regardless of his past success, he's doing really well this year, and the Saints need help, so that list is what needs to happen. There are also moves from A+ to AA, A to A+, and so on between ROK, and A that should be happening. One or two more good outings from Zebby, and you might as well move him up to AAA also.
