Hello Ate Monica, does the job of being an Air Traffic Management Officer require knowledge of cybersecurity to look out or anticipate breaches in the system? (is the possibility of this is something that's been taught to you?) If not, who in the aviation industry handles it, and are they under the CAAP too? Thank you so much!

I think taking CNSSO is not worth it. 9 months training, no allowance and no accomodation. Tas after training daw maraming JO at mas worst nagiging data encoder *base on reddit review*

Data encoder position is temporary (approx. 2 months) Need more kasi ng ATC license before u become ATC Assistant. Dun pa lang may increase.

With your job experience, you should look at migrating somewhere else. You're getting paid so low by staying in the Philippines. I'm in Canada and here, you're daily salary is not even an hour worth of pay here. Yearly salary as a tower controller is $93k(P40/dollar) and top rate is at $185k. That's your base and you'll make more with overtime, weekend and nights. Look around different countries. You'll thank me later.
