We do intermittend fasting, so we skip breakfast almost everyday. In our eating window which is from lunch to dinner we also have snacks like fruits, protein shake, lentil crackers etc. Maybe we‘ll do an entire video of healthy snack options at some point. ☺️
That udawalawa elephant orphanage isn't a zoo. It's a rehabilitation center where abandoned baby elephants (by their mothers) are kept until they are ready for the jungle and release to the wild with a minimal human contact. So you might feel like the service men are acting bit strangely. However it is necessary since those animals are sending back to jungle and should not to develop a bond with humans. That place is entirely different than Pinnawala elephant orphanage where disabled elephants are kept.
