I can't remember when I laughed so hard for so long. The occipital scalp muscles behind my ears were cramping from laughing. I needed that one, thanks.
You should of saved the best ass blast for last, the scene where Chong Li blinds him... Right at the end of the scream where he trails off in the scream.
Thanks mate! Im annoyed that I wasn't hitting the open string chugs quite right, I managed to get this tone out of them the days before and they really sang but I think I was too nervous on the day of recording and they got all tight on me. Glad you liked it though bro, thanks again! :)
Thanks bro I hate the fact that I can now see my tremolo picking side by side and see that it's not perfectly in time but that's good I guess so now I can work to fix it a bit :) Thanks again for the kind words all the best!!
Thanks bro I had such a time trying to record this. I realised quickly that I couldn't play this very well and it was sitting down with a metronome trying to get the picking right. When I recorded the final version I had been away for a few days so I had lost a lot of the progress and I just about made it to the end but I'm not 100% happy with it but it will have to do now!! Thanks again man :)
Thank you man :,) Yes that guitar has changed my life I love it so much haha. I was a bass player in death metal for many years so the chance to play guitar now is amazing. Thank you :)
Cheers mate!! This is part of the Ola England RU-vid channel. Every-other Sunday he does a show called Sunday with Ola, or SWOLA. And he adds a download link to the description where you download the drums and go buck wild. He watches a few entries and comments on them too. He also does his own riffs for that weeks drums at the very start of the show.
The harmonies on this were really cool, I like how both guitars didn't just play the same thing the whole time and you had lots of movement in the parts.
Thanks a lot man I can't tell you how glad I am to hear that. Those harmonise took me so damn long to get right (starting to wish I learned music theory now lol) Thanks again brother!!
That was great brother, stay calm that more than one of us gave a headache jaja🤣 this week the kick hits were quite uneven and made it quite difficult ... but at good time, you solved it perfectly. Great contribution to the swola of this week!🤘🤘
I like your idea of 'solving' these things. They are after all Riff Challenges! I never thought about it like that but it's a good way to put it! And thanks mate, when I uploaded it I thought 'wtf have I just done?' haha so it's good to get feedback it makes it okay again :D
@@SinisterElements Yes brother! continuing with the analogy, this challenge is a musical "TETRIS" 🤣🤣 sometimes I feel that all the pieces that arrive fit directly and there are weeks (like this one) where you only get the pieces that you don't need ... 😅 but you have to look the best way to accommodate them.💪😁🤘
This is why the swola riff challenge is good, because everyone has their own take on such a short drum clip. This was a really interesting take and I enjoyed it man nice job
Thank you very much man that means a lot! Yeah! I didn't listen to anyone else's until I uploaded mine so I wouldn't be influenced by them and was surprised at how varied the entries are! It's kinda fascinating LMAO. Thanks again!
😂 thanks man it ended up sounding like a damn Dragonball intro. Glad you laughed tho 😁 I regretted posting it like that at first but now I'm cool with it
