I came home with academic stress burn out . Prior to my return ? My apartment building was nearly burned down and the apartments that didn't burn down had severe smoke damage . Red Cross gave us a few hundred bucks and a good luck , all the while I was taking a full course schedule at LU. It was October and it began to get cold in the evening . I tried a room and board with folks I barley knew , but the environment was toxic . Next thing I knew , I was basically homeless .
