Hey everyone, Single Memory here and I'm so glad I'm able to bring my clips from my stream here to RU-vid for everyone to enjoy! I love playing video games and I love talking to new people, so feel free to join the Single Fam!
Also never pay the price for materials deke charges, he rips you off 10-20% no matter what when you buy mats through him instead of going to market your self
I normally don't get excited with deke because I know I'm one purchase away from losing money, lol. Also, I do buy everything from the market, albeit, I didn't do it in the video for length purposes.
Does this change per caliber? Because if a lvl 3 9mm can take out a lvl 5 helmet in the same about of rounds as a 7.62x51 that's bs, and the game devs need to change that
Looks alright. Really reminds me of years and years and years ago being a master xenomorph in Aliens Online. It was pretty much the same format as what became extraction shooters: humans go in and want to kill all the eggs then get away, and xeno players needed to stop that.
@@singlememory it was great, but it was also an early version of what we now call “live service”, so has been complete taken offline for many years. There are some rare videos here and there of though.
@@singlememory Lol do you need another free bond to play again? Because I would have to agree that F2P sucks. It's not worth the time for some players.
@@philr.2661 Not at all, I will say, RS3 has it easier than OSRS when it comes to making money. If I can find some good free time, I could totally earn a bond.
@@singlememory Everybody needs to make real life money somehow, so I see why you have to work. I have so many free times because I don't work, and I still get paid without working. So obviously I'm a max player. I just sit back, relax, drink my cup of coffee or tea, level up my account and get paid with real money. 🤣
That's actually crazy, lol, I've played a few raids on official release, but haven't had the time to see the changes due to work. Hopefully I can find some time to check it all out.
0:15 The stable protein bars are blue and the unstable protein bars are red. They will allow you to level up smithing without even doing anything. There are also a lot of protein items for other skills as well. Protein items are untradable, and they can only be claimed from the treasure hunter, seasonal events or as a monthly reward. The treasure hunter is mainly played with real currency. 6:30 The Silverhawk feathers isn't that difficult to obtain. It just takes time to buy. It can also be obtained from the treasure hunter and the oddment store. I gained 71M XP in agility just from the Silverhawk boots. The buy limit is only 250. Buy the features until you get 1k features. Collect them and charge your boots. Then keep making 2 slot per offers for the feathers in the GE. This way, you will never need to worry about the buy limit and running out of features. 7:03 To enter the GWD, you either need 60 strength to lift the rock that's blocking the entrance or 60 agility to crawl across. You can also teleport to the GWD but it requires 61 magic and the completion of "The Mighty Fall" quest. 7:41 You can test your combat abilities and max hit on a training dummy. There is one located behind Hank's fishing shop in Lumbridge. 8:24 Yeah, your membership expires tomorrow! 😞 I know it kind of sucks playing on a low skilled account, especially as a F2P. But you can eventually max your account by putting the effort into this game and by focusing on one game. 12:24 The spirit sapphire is used in the summoning skill. The blue one will give you a 10% chance to save a charm when it is worn while creating summoning pouches.
Thank you for all the useful information! And it doesn't really suck, it's just a massive grind which takes a lot of hours back to back of just doing one thing. It just sucks because everything is locked behind the higher level skills.
@@singlememory I forgot to mention one more thing, at 9:20 press R, T and Y to conjure the ghost, zombie and the skeleton before fighting any monsters or bosses. When they vanish, repeat this to summon the conjures again. You only have 24 ectoplasms so you can only do this a few times. How are you going to maintain your membership when it runs out? I can't give you another one for free because you didn't make your membership go useful. You were playing GTA San Andreas when your account still had a membership.
Yeah, I ended up using my conjures later on and ran out pretty fast, lol and I'll figure out a way, I'm pretty smart when it comes to that stuff. And correction, I played San Andreas for 3 hours the day before I finished recording this one, lol. I played so much rs3 I stopped turning my computer on for a whole week. 💀
@@singlememory Welcome back to F2P! 😂 What console were you playing San Andreas on? Is it available on PC? I only play new PC games. The only old PC game I play is RuneScape. I'm looking forward to playing "Until Dawn" when it comes out in fall.
@@philr.2661 Lol, good to be back, probably not for long, lol. I'll passively make money when I hop on, but rs3 is different than osrs in terms of making money. San Andreas is available on pc and damn, I just saw that. I had no idea Until Dawn was coming to pc, that's huge!
Some new additions to the game in that time: - Duel Arena is gone. Now Het’s Oasis. A skilling hub for outdoors activities. - Varrock sawmill is now gone. Replaced by Fort Fortinthry. A skilling hub and personal “base” for construction activities. - Wilderness rework. PVP is now an opt-in system only. The wilderness is now safe to enter for all players by default. - Bond prices have changed significantly. When you last played they were under 30M per bond ($6 at the time). Today they are $145M per bond ($9). So lots of easy to attain wealth by pay to play players. - Necromancy. Replaces all three combat skills. Best in slot for everything pvm related. And all abilities and gear are attainable through the skill itself - so less huge gold sinks for endgame content. I returned myself from 2021. With three years off. It’s still a great single player experience. With idle game / rpg elements that make it worth the time spent.
Loving the series so far, man! One big recommendation i can make is to open up that oddment shop via the treasure hunter interface and snag the Silverhawk boots! Charge then with the Silverhawk feathers/down that you get from playing treasure hunter. You can also buy 250 silverhawk feathers every few hours from the GE. This will passively level your agility during running and skilling activities. So basically always! Liked and subbed! Looking forward to more vids from this series.
I don't think he's looking forward to losing any money at this moment. His previous video shows him making some money. His membership will expire on the 28th of this month. He currently has 24M, that means he has 9 days to make 116M as a P2P for a bond.
@@thehomieguy1955 I am in one of his previous videos at 12:47 and I gave him a free bond. It was posted 5 days ago, and it's labeled as number 2 on the thumbnail.
@philr.2661 I remember that! Just don't remember him mentioning that he would be earning bonds going forward or if he'd keep his membership active the traditional way. Regardless, the silverhawks are free from the oddments shop and you still get frequent feathers from treasure hunter. Still worth imo.
@@thehomieguy1955 He never mentioned anything about how he's going to maintain his membership. He's more interested into OSRS, so I don't think he will put the effort to maintain his membership in RS3.
You actually followed my advice, proud of you! The upgrade becomes a bit more difficult for higher tiers. Tier 80 and 90 upgrade requires you to defeat all the bosses in the GWD and all the bosses in the GWD2 using Necromancy. Not all players are able to do this because of the boss. But I pray and hope that you'll be able to do this. All of my Necromancy gears and weapons are tier 90. For your action bar, put all the abilities that you wish to use including prayer. Then go into the combat settings and toggle a letter for each ability. Like A, B, C. Press it and it will activate for that ability and activate/deactivate for prayer by pressing it again. The highlighted bars are automatic if you are in revolution combat. It's best to organize them from the highest cooldown to the lowest starting from number 1. For bosses, it's best to organize the abilities from the highest damage to the lowest and take a part of manual control. So, it will be done half & half of automatic and manually for bosses. For full manual control, it doesn't matter how they are organized. Some abilities can only be triggered manually, it will be labeled on the ability to notify you. Are you enjoying your membership so far? 😆
I did follow your advice! And I'm trying to get everything T50 because I think that's a nice medium while I skill everything. I'll have to take a bit of time to organize my abilities and learn what they all do properly. And yes, I am enjoying membership, it actually makes a lot of things easier, believe it or not!
If it were about the views, I would agree with you, but it's about the experience and trying something new. It may not be the best, but it does have a unique perspective that osrs doesn't have.
@@singlememory Lol only an OSRS player would give you this advice. Most RS3 players are positive about both games. As well, maxed players get more views and attention than lower level players. It is what it is but, I put the effort to help you regardless of anything.
@philr.2661 I'm an osrs player, but I would never tell someone to play one over the other. It's a matter of preference and both games are good, what's wrong with liking or playing them both?
Nice meeting you in the game yesterday!!! Questing and skilling is very good to get started in the game as a new player. A lot of quest have requirements so skilling is a part of it. I saw that you went from 35 to 40 prayer while fighting the giant mimic. 😂 Prayer is important when fighting monsters and bosses. We can fight some real bosses together sometime. Let’s do General Graardor. This boss has simple requirements to meet. Finish the Death Plateau, Troll Stronghold, and get your strength up to 70. You only need about 737k XP for 70. There is no requirements for attack and defence, but level them up so you can wear better quality gears and weapons for the boss. I would recommend using Necromancy or Melee for this boss. It’s your choice between the two. As well, you can make a video of us fighting your first real boss!
@@singlememory I would recommend 70+ Necromancy and a tier 70+ gear and weapon for this boss. You should make a video doing the Death Plateau and the Troll Stronghold. This will prepare you for the boss. The Death Plateau has no requirements. The Troll Stronghold only requires 15 agility and 30 thieving.
Watch out, the admins are horid on that server man. I got banned for giving away my base location with like a mil of money in it when i was going to leave the server. I came back and i was banned xD (reason was for giving away my own base location lol (cant believe it))
Just a quick heads up, your market window seems to be sorted by "quantity". You'd get a more appropriate view, if you sort by "price". Quality content, thanks for you vid.
Saw Eve online video that looked interesting and clicked, apparently, i am your subscriber. after going through the channel, it turns out i subbed for Albion Online videos, which i quit for good for quite a while with no regrets! but we meet again in another great game, a much better game! o7
Electrical T0 with a Punisher T2 pulse energy and armor repair , can complet a run solo in 3 min and with 24 M/h as average incom can go to 30M if u loot rare drops , and bleuprints not included . And its a 10 M fit , nice video !
I finding I'm doing what seems like a decent amount of damage (400+ last time), harassing them and draining their resources. But I have trouble knowing when to engage and actually finish them off any quickly. Is this normal? I feel like if they're good we shouldn't be able to just rush in and kill them, because they have one life, a lot more threats, and more to lose, but I'm still wondering if there's something I could be doing better. Still I find it fun to lure them into chasing me into an egg cluster, or the auto turret, or pushing them toward other players so they end up having to fight each other and not worry about me as I mess them both up. It was funny as hell this group of 2 humans said on mic that I better mess with someone else because they already knew how to play, so I trapped them with only two ways out and started slowly covering those halls with eggs until they had no chance of escape.
It's definitely about dwindling their health very slowly. Eventually you can set up a trap in an area as you've mentioned and really starting doing some numbers. At the end of the day, fighting a 3 man will always be challenging. It's all about trying to pick them off one by one.
