Allied Command Operations (ACO) is one of The North Atlantic Treaty Organisation's (NATO) two strategic military commands. The other command being Allied Command Transformation (ACT) in Norfolk, Virginia.
ACO is commanded by the Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) and is responsible for all Alliance military operations. The command headquarters, known as Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, or SHAPE, is located in Casteau near Mons, Belgium. The mission of ACO and the SACEUR is to contribute to preserving the peace, security and territorial integrity of NATO member nations in its area of responsibility.

American Special Forces are great . The Obstacle Courses these troops must routinely do will freak you out . Cliffs, ravines , caves, flowing jungle rivers infested with God knows what , Amazon forced marches no sleep or food just water .

Dude you can get kicked out for doing something wrong like physical test if you do pull ups don't swing or whip your legs just to do your extra pull up if your near to failure just stop at 21 or 20 pull ups and the rest just try not to do anything that looks like cheating even though your giving everything you got
