Great episode Arun! Used Joshuas tips to create my own S&C programs about 8-9 months ago, been sticking with 2 full body days and 1 accessory day focused on neck, abs etc. Since doing this my strength and overall gains have sky rocketed compared to prior! Great talk lads!

About diet, no matter the time of the year, all carbs are high in deuterium, as that is where plants concentrate it. Excess deuterium is a major problem in numerous ways, especially for the mitochondria. Though it's true sunlight will help to eliminate some deuterium, no amount of sunlight can compensate for a continuously high-carb diet. So, even in summer, carbs should be eaten sparingly or only every now and then. And keep in mind that even in equatorial regions fruit and honey isn't available year round. The African Hadza, for example, live in a warm climate. Yet in that region, the fruit and honey season only lasts 2-3 months. For most of the year, they're primarily eating animal foods and occasionally sucking on a fibrous wild tuber. Humans didn't evolve to eat carbs all the time. And even 'wild' fruits have been greatly altered by humans in recent millennia. By the way, the lowest deuterium foods are from animals. Fatty acids are the lowest of all. But seed oils are actually high because of industrial processing. Animal fats and fruit oils (e.g., coconut), though, are fine. An animal-based diet combined with a keto diet will make for the lowest deuterium diet possible. Then also use lower deuterium water (glacier, high altitude, limestone springs, manufactured). And do the deuterium lowering practices (red light, cold exposure, sauna, exercise, sweating, etc). That takes care of deuterium, no minor issue.

How are you speaking for others? How do you know what goes on in someones head? Where does the importance of flesh begin in matters of one's personal desires and goals? Do you know what happens to a woman's body when they give birth? Do you comprehend the anguish and despair it brings? Yet you would declare it a woman's life goal? You deny, with this short, the existence of platonic preference. You demand that mankind follow a strict doctrine of "nature" and "order" when there is no such order in nature. You wear a suit and tie to make yourself look smart, when all it truly does is convey your narcissism.
