@@maaree_h I’ve seen it done when people want to save cost. But it’s not hygienic because of the grout lines. Dirts can easily stick there. So if you must use tiles to save cost, go with bigger tiles so the grout lines are reduced
@@adedejiganiyu9964 thank you so much. I can’t wait to fully recover so I can get back to creating more videos for you and others to watch and enjoy. God bless you.
38m for bungalow?? Na ima type Dey make me fear to build since 3 years now Until I met the real one Very absurd estimate Even in this economy now You can’t spend 12 million to carcass 😅🤣🤣
You can do same thing with 50m or more, depending on your taste, what if you fix doors of 1.5m each, gate of 5m security fence and tunel to the next plot of land. You can spend 100Million
This particular semi detached duplex was built on 1100sqm land. So you cannot get this exact design on a 600sqm land but you can build a smaller semidetached duplex on a 600sqm land. You can message me on WhatsApp or call me so we can discuss your project better: 09050042828
Cock and bull story. Why should the government wait for the buildings to be completed before demolishing? We all know that the government is corrupt, they issue notice to every builder to stop work and when they receive bribes they give a go ahead. So how's a developer supposed to know which notice is real?
Oga presented stop rambling rubbish because those properties were not build in one day. Why did government not stop them before the building was built to full completion
Why are people outside naija super excited about videos of beautiful places when they know how hard it is ro make money out there. There are so many areas in Lagos
There are building material stores at Agege, cement, Orile. So you could pick the one closest to you. I am sure there are others but I can't remember all at the moment
I blame these developers, most of them do not listen even when told. If they had tried to get approval they would have been told they can not build on the waterways. When we wanted to build we had to go to the Lagos government office to check if the land we bought had any restrictions, only after we were cleared to build did we go ahead.
Dem eyes go clear. "Lagos na no man's land" keep building everywhere without caution. Stupid people now begging..😂 All those sheds they call shops are going down too.
This your comment is coming from a place of hatred and jealousy. Their property being demolished will not add to your bank account. Go and work and stop hating.
@augustacookeygam5579 And your comment is not coming from place of hatred abi? My comments are blunt truth to wake you up from your delusional slumber. You behave anyhow in other people's home and you expect medals in return? No way! I can't wait for you to get Biafra and watch you know that Lagos is not a no man's land. Change that mindset of violating the laws of every country or States you go. Respect people, live in harmony with your hosts. When in Rome you behave as Romans. You portrayed yourselves as a threat in other people's land, they will take you out. Simple as that!
@augustacookeygam5579 • I don't hate you, I pass you vital informations you're blinded to see. Go and build in Ala Igbo and make it home, Lagos is not your homeland. (that's the hate speech?.. I laugh at your mumu brains)
