Me : "Alexa whats the study temperature" Echo Dot Gen 5" "Study doesn't support that" yet the app is telling me the temperature recorded by that Echo Dot so clearly it does support it.
Format on a Windows Computer: Pull the MicroSD card from Wyze Cam, and plug it into your computer (if you don't have a port, you may need an adapter). Open your computer's file browser Right-click on the MicroSD card's listing in the navigation panel (it should appear near your computer's primary drive. For Windows, this is likely your C:/ drive). Right-click the card, and select "Format..." from the right-click menu Select the Format Type. Cards 32GB and smaller should be set to FAT32. Cards larger than 32GB should be set to exFAT. Press "Start".
Thanks - worked great. Mine has two of those symbols and this only clears one. After trial and error after this, found holding down the oscillate (two arrows) button resets the other filter.
The best possible solution I found was; *take it outside on a hard surface in the sun *grab your favourite hammer and wohlah! Best 'connection' experience i hav had with this device ever.
thanks for this video. could not find a way to rename or delete a scene. renaming or deleting a scene from the manufacturers app does not work for me at times. i hope amazon reverts back to what it was before. i missed having the scenes menu. i was able to rename and delete scenes easily before. just odd that i could not find anything other than your video.
Thank you! This led me to a solution. My Echo Show kept saying "Something went wrong" I ended up logging out of Alexa on my iphone & Ipad, still no luck, did a "reset to factory defaults" and that cleared it up. Powering it off did not work. Thanks so much for your tips and insight! God bless!
Wow you are the only one on the net who is addressing this problem! I’ve gotten the closest to fixing this by watching your video thank you (after searching the net for hours)! I have been able to restore the scenes thanks to you. But I still can’t get my scenes to do anything. In the past if I pressed on my “security armed” scene button in Yolink, the Alexa scene from Yolink would update. When it updated it turned on or off a Kasa mini plug which would then change my scenes in Homekit. (I basically used the physical mini plug switches as dummy switches to have Alexa control devices in two different ecosystems -Homekit and Yolink). I furthermore can not use the scenes as a trigger to turn on and off devices. Have you gotten your scenes update in Alexa when changing them in the original manufacturer’s app?
