Your first DVD was the one I called my bible. You made everything so clear. Many years later I have many lovely quilts to my name. Huge thank you Lynne.
I’ve been wanting to make this quilt. I did not know Creative Grids did this specific ruler. I now have one on order & very much looking forward to starting making this quilt
I hope I get a response - I realize this video is very old. How did you put together the strips to create the blue and white designs shown at end of video
Seriously. I am still looking for this thing, and it is nowhere to be found. Only the 90 degree rulers are available. I foolishly bought a Creative Ruler Grid and it was both shoddy and inaccurately depicted. This is annoying and frustrating. ☹
While this ruler may no longer be available, Creative Grids has this one: Creative Grids 45 Degree Diamond Dimensions Quilt Ruler - CGREU2 This is the ruler that I have. I love it, and it is available.
I have the larger ruler. You can also use this ruler to do perfect mitered of borders. I use a different technique than most demonstrate (crafted from re-engineering the typical way)--and the markings on this ruler for perfect 4 point alignment--giving a perfect cut every time without wincing or praying. If any have an interest, they can click on my name.
Order never received and they don't reply to emails. Payment never refunded. It is inconceivable to work in this way. Shame because rulers are really useful
Wow, 8 yrs ago -- so you can clip, stretch a bit then sew to ease the sewing of the curve. I like that template ruler but I guess you can't use it to make a 5" or 6" concave/convex.
These videos are very useful, even if the ruler is not any more available, I have this ruler, I do not use it very often, I watch the video just to remember how to use it. Thank you
