I clicked the link for the container store. They don’t give dimensions. They do name the containers. I have a lot of the same MAC products in your bronzer/powders bag. I really want to order the right one. Could you please tell me which one to order?
I have the same zuca except mine doesn't have the Mac logo on it. That would have more than doubled the price I paid had I wanted that one. I got mine on the cheap! I love the other bag you have from target.
I gotta say: when you mentioned the fact that you had the Tarte eyeliner and you used it on people who were "really cruelty free" I kinda laughed inside. It's really nice that you consider people that only use cruelty free makeup but that is almost like owning a meat only restaurant and saying you offer lettuce and tomato for the vegetarians: so much of your kit is not cruelty free (MAC, MUFE, Smashbox...). Nice of you to think about us but if you really want to play that card, so much of your kit has to be changed.
Hey! Thanks for the comment. I hope you were able to enjoy the video aside from laughing at one sentence haha. ;) The products shown in this video are what at the time was ALWAYS in my kit day to day. I didn’t dig into my entire collection therefore many products I own weren’t shown. When clients book me they have the opportunity to make special requests, if cruelty free is one of them then I make a special effort to swap out products to assure I have everything I need. I’m happy to say now though that my eyes have been opened to a whole other world of cosmetics & I do make more of an effort to buy CF whenever I can. As for the specific Tarte comment, not sure why I said it that way & don’t remember it either ha ha. I would see how it would imply that was my one special CF item when in reality that should just be its own separate video. 😀
Dallas Merkley I'm glad to hear that you are making an effort to buy more cruelty free products!! Because that one eyeliner was the only product that you talked about being cf (and the rcma foundation as well, later) I wouldn't have guessed you actually put that much of an effort into accommodating clients with those requests. I'm glad you do: not only is it more ethical but you are able to get cf clients to mark you as a reference and so they come back to you when they need to. Maybe make a video on your updated kit sometime or on your cf products? xx

Hahaha "when someone's shows up with makeup on, which I just LOVE" omfg actually laughed at that.. I'm a makeup artist too and totally feel the same when someone rocks up with old makeup on from the night before or the same day

Susan Kathleen yes! I do get a discount. However I use other brands too ;) for how fast I go through products it just makes sense to keep the staples stocked up.
The discounts must really help cut down on costs when you have to restock all the time! (Just realized you get a mac eye shadow for $3.60 if I'm right wow) I want to start my career in cosmetology early, as you did, too, Maybe in march (I'm 17 and am graduating early). It's amazing watching what I could build my kit up to be like, its amazing btw.
Susan Kathleen yeah I actually only get a 30% discount right now, but yes it does help with the costs! However it is still very expensive when you add up everything you need. Definitely get started as soon as you're able so you can eventually qualify for the discounts! I appreciate it! Such a fun job.
