Back in the 1980’s when the 250 Rebel first came out, we ran a few of them in the MSF Beginner Rider Courses. Great little motorcycle, good pickup, very controllable throttle, a well thought out riding position. WAY too small for my 6’2” 200 pound size, but was *perfect* for most women and small men. Be very interesting to see how this one comes out, going to make someone a great tiny chopper.
If the diffusing glass of the headlight is turned, then the light does not diffuse as it should and you could have problems in the dark, but maybe you can turn the glass back. The silver tank is great, maybe you can move it a bit towards the handlebars.
@@LNSPLTBLVD thank you this was my first bike I bobbered years back and this will definitely help freshin it up I'm still keep a eye out cause I like the idea of going jockey shift too
I think the mid tunnel is definitely the way to go. With the black tank it looks like steering would suck and it almost makes it look like its got shrugged shoulders and the mid looks more relaxed but still keeps the line clean.
Mid tunnel looks better for that tanks and personally I think that bike should run skinnier tires. Would look much better and have less rotational mass on that small engine. Just my opinion, either way I know your work will look dope no matter what. 😎
The bars are sick! If you got the old Honda tank still and it's in decent condition I'd buy it off ya. Getting a shed find back up and running and I need one.
