There it is! I was looking for this video after I found another Tyson KO video. I found your playlist of MTPO videos, but all the ones I found were done on console, recorded with a camera or something. I didn't have an account when I first found this, so I couldn't comment back then. To this day, this video impresses me.
You're right about the videos in the playlist being done on a console but I used a capture card to directly capture the video. This particular fight with Tyson was done via emulation. I was rather proud of it, at the time, due to lag and the quality of the controller I used. Thanks for commenting.
it's amazing how this randomly came into my brain today, i havent watched this film since it first came out, why did "who loves you and who do you love randomly pop into my head in 2024, make it make sense?
In order for me to make it make sense to you, I'd first have to understand why I thought to create this clip in the first place...and that I cannot do. Such is the randomness of life.
@@ramiromorteo When the boxing glove is flashing (Slugfest Mode), there are two different kinds of haymaker shots (super punches) that can be thrown: 1. Lunging Uppercut (Head) - Press X and █ (Square) at the same time 2. Lunging Cross (Body) - Press L2, X, and █ (Square) at the same time
I played the japanese version and never realized that there is an english version. I love the music duri g the dialogue sequence, this music is soooo nostalgic!
This localized port was released in November of 1991. You're _just now_ realizing the differences? And Roxy and Poison aren't gals. The only female in Final Fight is Jessica.
Literally EVERYTHIG!! About This Game Was Cool! a) The Intro Voice WORLD! CHAMPIONSHIP! WRESTLING!!!!!.... b) The Loud Regular and Signature Submissions Moves c) The Wrench & Guardrail outside the ring d) The BGM music in the intro/Character select/After Match ends screen e) The Referee's Voice when he pin counts "ONE , TWO, THREEEEEEEEE.............." #epic
Yeah, I pretty much agree. There's also the finishing moves for each character and you get to face André The Giant in the final match for singles competition.
How do you get the bonus area in the second level (water level)? Played the game a million times and only got it once. Also the level after where you climb the trees doesnt have one, correct?
At the 2:55 mark, I travel to the right until that geyser appears. Then, I go back to the left and crack the red egg. I'm not aware of any bonus stage for the level in which you climb the trees. Although, there is a secret 1-Up which I reveal at the 36:03 mark.
For the first Blue Fokka, you can just just stay on top of the blocks, like you see me do in this video at the 2:42 mark. For some reason, this Blue Fokka didn't appear but it usually does. For the second one, just wait for it to jump over you to the left and then make a run for it to the right. If it appears in the narrow section, then just leave and re-enter until it gives you more room.
@@bubufubu , they do, I'm in the grand palace now. You can also watch metalsmashgaming videos as proof when he plays the randomizers. It's something I didn't know and wish I did when I played it years ago.
Unfortunately, also counting with the current latest version of MAME v0.265, they haven't fixed the issue where after the first voice it's played, the rest wont load at all, this also happens if you first wait for the game's logo where it plays the simpsons theme and then wont play any other sample.
Very disappointing. I don't think the MAME Dev team has made it a priority. If the folks behind the Arcade 1-Up cabinet could get it done, then I don't see any excuse for it not being corrected for MAME.
The entire soundtrack is great. I'm partial to 14:22 and 17:44. The ending theme (41:59) is one of the most impressive I've heard at capturing a bittersweet mood in a video game. I'd say it's the most nostalgic tune in there.
I mastered this as well. Nice playthrough, i always used the bubble orbs and spinning options. I actually recorded on VHS back in the day 😆. I did cybernator and Castlevania 4 without dying and got it on film.
Nice! Do you still have the VHS tapes? If so, when's the last time you watched them? Thanks. Formation Option is so effective that it almost seems unfair. I should give the Rotating Option a try the next time I play. It might be more helpful on the bonus stages. Never played Cybernator, but I have some great CV4 videos that I bet you'll enjoy.
@@stephenhoward2117 That's too bad. I recorded a nine loop run of Legendary Wings back around 2009. I still have the VHS tape somewhere. I also recorded a run of Bad Dudes, but I can't remember if that was on a separate tape or not.
I'm not sure, but I believe the game lines you up with different kinds of spares challenges (e.g. 7-10 split) to see if you can complete the spare. I only tried it once or twice and it's been a long time.
Im glad they decided to finally give the checkpoint here I was kinda frustrated every time I would have to start from the beginning and go to the dungeons again after getting defeated by the bosses of a temple of this game and also what’s ur favorite song of the game
I agree about the checkpoint. It's nice to know that the game rewards you for making it that far. I like the entire soundtrack. It's really, really good. If I had to pick a favorite, then I'd go with the theme to the final temple/sanctuary.
What’s up what a great game this is altho it’s the hardest Zelda game I have played but I still manage to complete it month ago I really like the music in the game too
What's up, Erick. Yeah, I love this game. I don't think it's too hard if you put in a lot of practice, get all the items, and learn some good strats. Congrats on finally beating it. The soundtrack is amazing. The tunes are so catchy, too.
