The Case IH 2366 could easily handle a 25' header in soybeans. The Crary Air Reel I 've heard pays for itself in no more than 2 years depending on the conditions. I had an Axial Flow combine when I was farming and they are probably the easiest to work on in the event of a breakdown. And a clean sample is not that hard to get. One thing I found out with the adjustment of the concave is don't go according to the book. I closed the concave almost all the way in soybeans, had a more even flow, no "rumbling" rotor because of material hang up, a cleaner sample, less seed damage and much less material return to the rotor. You can also increase the rotor speed a little too, maybe 25-50 rpm. Nice video!!
yes and no I would agree that in low yield soybean it could but it's not the same for every one for exemple we run a 20f header because our field are too long and the combine could not even make it down we would loss a lot of time unloading in the midle of a row and in europe those combine dont run 25f because of the good yield in wheat or in barley even our 2366 doesnt go really fast in a 7tonne an hectar wheat with the 20f cutter
