My problem 1. is whenever i try to get my volume up, my pitch becomes shriller Prob 2. I am expression-less. I have a resting bitch face and I am uncomfortable showing emotions. Not like I haven't tried, but every time I had, people we're like, "stop faking it" 😂😢
6:30 Thank you for bringing up that point. A lot of people give Bush too much crap for not immediately jumping up and running out of the room in panic mode. He knows for a fact that there are very smart and capable individuals on his team in the room just behind him and they are handling the immediate details and planning the next course of action and the president doesn't immediately need to be in the room to make decisions asap. He knows his team is handling the next best move as soon as he comes back into the room and if the president was seriously in danger, he knows the secret service would rush in and lift him off of his feet and carry him to safety if that was the case. He knew: stay calm, you are about to experience the biggest event you'll have to oversee as commander in chief and probably the worst day of your life. Stay calm, slow down your thinking, and be an asset not a liability if you start to panic.
Watching this from New Zealand. I have goosebumps, and tears in my eyes. I may not agree w American politics, but I love your respect for your military personnel. Their determination, patriotism and skills are amazing. Wishing all the brave men and women in every dept, section full support and assistance for the rest of their days. Respect!
He was my CO on the USS Juneau. Ran the ship like Sir Francis Drake. Turned the XO into a a**hole overnight. Morale was in the toilet. Good Sailors were getting written up for stupid reasons. I couldn’t get off that ship fast enough.
On a slight tangent, I projected that demeanor in the Gulf War. As a "gym stud", my skills were known as I was also a temporary prisoner escort during duties to and from the brig. My command had seen me handle all manner of offenders in textbook fashion. During the Gulf War, I was assigned as the Personal Security Detail (PSD) for any dignitary coming to or from my command. I also was armed while the sole administrative officer "made rounds" to ensure folks were paid in the field. Nobody ever questioned my command presence or hinted at wrongful activity. The bottom line was that anybody under my care was ensured their safety was ensured for the detail duration as I understood my duty INTENT.
Now that the perfidy of fbi and Cia have been uncovered, it is good to know the military is still ready to respond in case of terrorist attack 2024. Or is it? Question every thing and every body.
NO airplane debris at The Pentagon...of course not, it was a miltary drone that's why. No debris, fuselage, wings, tail, wheels and amazingly zero bodies found, no clothes or luggage, absolutely nothing to be found from any commercial airline. Wow!
Never would I have known that we could hear the first person perspective of the pilot flying Air Force One on 9/11! Thank you so much for your story Colonel!
Since 911 - Joe Biden is the first president that didn’t show up at the 911 memorial service. What a disgrace!!! Making America Great again with President Trump must be the most important moment in American history. Vote Trump 2024 to restore our country back to 1 nation status and bring the people back together like on 911 where we all were together standing strong. America needs a strong leader on all issues that have failed miserably under the Biden administration. VOTE TRUMP FOR PRESIDENT IN 2024 to save America 🇺🇸. The unites states will not survive without the policies that President Trump delivered. Policies are the most important, not party affiliation. TRUMP 2024 and his policies will unite and strengthen our nation. Your vote will determine our future and prosperity or Americans continued destruction. This decision is yours so chose wisely 🇺🇸
My dad was in AF as retired after 6 month later when it happen that day and the next day AF call him to come back as volunteer as security for help out on the AF base it was very stressful times, RIP to those victims and emergency services
A day embedded in my mind! My Daughter, with her USN husband were stationed in Japan. My Son, a Navy Lt. Commander stationed in Va., USN, all I could think was my Son is going to War! I was sitting at an auto detailer, getting my truck done, I just wanted to go home, a terrible memory for our country.
Around 5PM that day I was at home in Columbus, Ohio. I heard the sound which I though was strange because planes were supposed to be grounded. I ran out back on our deck and saw the beautiful Air Force One with the fighter escort off each wing. It was an unforgettable moment in my life.
All due respect to pilot and Col. Tillman. He is definately a hero because he is a pilot, and on top of that he performed his duties on 911 impeccably. However his references to Bush Jr being a great president is questionable. Bush Jr did gain my respect during the 911 tradgedy simply because he was emotionally moved. But afterwards he reverted back to himself. Definately not a strong president just like his dad wasn't.
In this presentation you have implemented every device, point, technique, etc. into the talk itself. There’s only one thing I would have changed here: find a more discrete way to change your camera angles. For instance, a remote button on your drawing pen. Or maybe you could use a foot pedal (your feet were mostly hidden from view) or motion/position detector. Each time you bent over to change your camera view created an instant distraction. Thank you for reminding me of Virginia Satir. For me, the Satir Modes were the most memorable part of her work.
