Here at Advanced In-Car, we're specialists in Audi & Volkswagen Retrofits! We decided that we wanted to show off to the world some of the retrofits we do and how they work once they're done! We also like to dabble in some aftermarket equipment that we can hook into your vehicle. We hope you enjoy our channel!
Make sure to check out our website and our other social media platforms like Instagram & Facebook. Also, have a look at our newly released AIC Amazon Store Front where we will recommend different awesome brands (sold on Amazon) that we either use every day in the workshop or that we have just seen and think are really cool, useful, fun or outlandish. This is AIC's opinion only and we do not state this as FACT.
Take a look yourself and see what you think!

Great video as always. I’m just about to take on the Alpine speaker upgrade. Is it the same process to remove the actuator panel on the T6.1? If anyone is attempting this, AIC’s removing the door card for a T6.1 is a definite watch.
Another great job done, many thanks to Rich and the boys. I must admit I've never been a fan of the winter but ime looking forward to turning my lights on at 7 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon this winter !! 😁
Hello. Thanks for this great video, A quick question, please. In your video, you go into "APIM Module configuration" then to "rear vehicle camera" and simply change it to "enabled." In some other videos I have seen they go into "APIM Module configuration (AS BUILT format)" and manually change numeric codes. Do you know what the difference is between these two different sequences, and why choose one over the other? Thank you
It always works out more expensive to buy a cheaper van and then have these bits fitted afterwards. Pay extra on initial van purchase if you want these extras. Its cheaper in the long run.
Everyone if you consider a dashcam. Make sure you get front and rear. My rear camera proved it wasn't my fault when I was shunted into the car in front. Car written off and compensation agreed on. New car and front and rears cameras fitted next day
I honestly don’t get your guys videos! You don’t show how to fit just telling us what you do! No in depth product review. Just repeating the manufacturers info! You did the same with the virtual dash video like it’s some sort of industry secret! RU-vid isn’t the place for this type of advertising.
Hi Michael, we have dedicated "How To" videos on our channel - this video is to showcase the product, how it works and its application. This helps show our audience what upgrades we can supply and fit in our workshop! We have had lots of interest in this product since we released this video, so this type of advertising certainly works for us! If you would like us to make a "How To" video breaking down the steps to install this product, please let us know!
you might need to ground your radio to the parking brake. i was able to get away with just grounding my wire to a an internal metal chasis behind the radio. (works for sony radios) i would look for your specific radio grounding process.
Hi Ricky, Please fill in our Contact form here - www.advanced-incar.co.uk/contact-us/ Our technical team will review your vehicle details and respond with a quote for this installation.
Great video apart from the bit where you forgot to mention that you need to pay to get this recoded for the large display option unless you have the relevant equipment already! This should be made clear and save people wasting time trying to work out what's gone on!
Hi, I'm back. I just didn't his for my left hand drive and it worked. I was doing a Unitronic stage 1 tune file and it messed up my system. Car would not start either. Was able to flash it back to stock though and now it starts.👍 Thanks.
