there is no camshaft sensor on the 2006 2.2 it is part of the ignition module and is called wasted spark ignition, which has a primary and secondary coil. When the coil senses a mismatch in certain conditions it will trigger misfire. There is a crank sensor and a oil pressure sensor above the oil filter. I felt like i would explain this since it took me forever to find this correct information. I had these codes and poor running and then no start which actually turned out to be a dirty MAF and throttle body that was causing the butterfly valve to stick closed therefore suffocating the motor. I replaced all these ignition parts as well with delco and still get a code every 12-0 miles or so but it seems to run fine. I have a feeling the timing chain is stretched or I have a intermittent faulty injector. Easiest was to start troubleshooting this code is if you have a code that points to one of the banks swap the coil packs and see if the code follows the swap. I haven't finished troubleshooting yet but i will post solution when i do for anyone that may be interested.
I have a 08 caliber. When ac is on its only cold on the passenger side. The driver side is warm..what is the issue!? Been trying to look for a fix. I only see one blend door actuator on the passenger side.. but cant find the other one one the driver side. HELP!
@917saturnino you ll get it with full video .. is for those who's got the software and need to make the forced regen if you don't have it .. move along straight to the dealer to do this s^&&t for a few thousands
@@eugeniujosanu279I have the program, but still don’t understand or can’t wrap my head around it the you think this a good video to upload or that you are showing or teaching something 😂
Helpfull video! But please make sure you drain all the air out of the system before you try to remove the purge valve, otherwise it will shoot the purge valve out straight into your face
does this actuator impact vent changes also or just temperature changes? My airflow is stuck on floor and dash but changing from hot to cold works just fine.
@@eugeniujosanu279 no problem, good video though, however (my a/c-heat issue was the airflow was stuck on dash and floor) after checking to see my actuator was still working like you showed and it seemed to be, i watched the other video you recommended and cut out the panels behind the glove box, and the door was opening and closing properly but still not switching to dash vents. I might recommend to your viewers to do what i should have done first (if they have the same problem i did) which is to check your vacuum lines, particularly the ones by where the battery is. I did find a small vacuum line that had broken off probably due to age and engine heat through the years. I repaired that, taped up the panel i cut out and bam, everything worked.
Thank you so much! The instructions that come with the kit aren't very detailed and you did a very good job of showing position and placement of everything. Definitely got me out of a bind.
The cable that was loose mine is hard to move how would i replace them? Mine is the the opposite switch but it gets stuck an don’t go all the way to the opposite side. I thought it was the control but its the wire that gets stuck
Yup, thanks, genius video, no B.S. just showing how its done. Thanks a bunch. Saved me a bit of a headache knowing that frame came out first. Incidentally the plastic heat duct screws, i believe are 5/16". There hard to see.
Sorry , i don t remember the part nr. Just stop at any dealer , they not expensive.. may want to make sure that you can remove it . On the other side I had to buy the all knob since I had to cut it .
