Yeah once you said she was gonna drive and not you that’s enough for them to deny you the rental because of the risk factor associated with; it’s in the rental agreement
I work at a rental company and unfortunately he was in the right. If you all had just be quiet and listened I’m sure it could have been resolved. He was very patient with you all
He handled this sooo well and even gave them the policy that states, they already insinuated false intentions in retaining the rental. That alone shulda shut em up. Cant take it back 😊
The clerk was excellent, he used logic and sound judgement. Great customer service. However, the white guy was using his biased, racist views on Spanish speakers and incorrectly assumed they were not citizens. He failed.
The guy at counter never loses control and never talk to them with bad attitude, he is in the correct order and following rental agreement policies and terms. The rest of the story is by your own.
Enterprise is making it seem like deer vehicles are brand new from the dealership. Those cars and trucks are all used. Other people had them more people had them they have high mileage. The gas prices are high. Their rates are too high too many fees and penalties just a word of advice, drive your own vehicles, and leave their vehicles alone they don’t need no more business they don’t know how to treat the customer.
Enterprise is making false accusation of vehicle damages. Do not rent from Enterpise. I currently have that issue. Make sure to talke pictures and video of the car when you return it. I will make it my life goal to paste this all over the internet. You have been warned.
Lmao. I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED with his service. Somebody got to deliver the bad news. Great job, Guy! Sorry they didn’t get the rental, but not everyone qualifies to drive someone else’s $20,000 investment. It is private property. Note to all: don’t lie and pay your bills, you’ll be able to rent.
This guy now works at the Ocala airport and he did the same bullshit to me and made false accusations saying I was trying to get employees to break policy his name is Winston
All you guys do with these videos is expose how solid these employees are. You guys with your stupid little video cameras, such a dick move, and all it ends up doing is making you look like the douche bag. This guy handled his shit well, as those every other person I see on these videos. People suck as it is but retail really makes you hate them even more. I’ve been in the car rental business for a long time and these videos prove what assholes the CUSTOMERS are! Not the employees. Go fuck yourselves
Guess what… don’t be broke and stupid. You have 1friken driver unless you pay for more. When you say, “one driver, but I will drive also…breaking policy and laws. Renting a car is like renting bowling shoes. It’s an $18,000 product (at least) that provides the service. I have these a-holes all the time at hertz that openly say they will break our rules once they get the car. Lmao! Nobody has to rent you an $18,000 product when the employee hears you say you intend to break the rules. It is his job to say No when he hears this bs. You’re a liability…you should know that already.
So what exactly happened here? Is it that whoever pays for the rental must be the driver, and her credit card was rejected? And then he attempted to use his credit card, but they don’t allow a non-driver to pay for the rental?
The primary driver (the one signing the rental agreement) has to use a form of payment in their name. If someone else wants to pay for the rental then they must become the primary driver. That way if something happens to the vehicle the primary driver can be pursued.
Current employee:The company policy is that whoever is paying for it is the only driver of the vehicle unless it is their spouse. looking for loopholes doesn't work. This cxr did a great job.
Yeah corporate didnt help you because you were wrong. Clearly. If she’s not authorized to drive, and he believes that that is what would happen.. he and enterprise.. has every right not to rent to you. You’re renting a $20-30k minimum. I can’t stand that people can’t seem to understand that that is a huge liability to a company. Not to mention, Enterprise is privately owned. So they can literally do whatever they want with.
That's not a violation until they actually violate the contract. Wtf? Y'all are ridiculous. I was a branch manager for 4 years and an area manager for 2.
What are the steps to verify who you are? A Manager put me on the no rent list because I replied “ my address is the same on my license” as he held my license-he may thought I was being smart but I don’t like yelp g my info for everyone strangers to here in the small lobby so I said it’s on the license. Is this right?
Learn to read the Enterprise policies online. You want to make it seem like they are doing it because they are “telling you to leave the country” anyone who has worked at Enterprise in the past. Can tell you are twisting the story to make it seem like you were the victim😂 I feel for any Enterprise employee because they have to deal with entitled people, people who don’t read the policies, and people who pull the race card and try to expose them as racists. Unbelievable! They have the right to refuse service! Especially to those that admit to violating the contract😂 maybe try ride share in an uber or something so you can do it your way😂😂😂😂😂
I worked for enterprise customer service and what I know in this case is that they're probably not getting the car cause they are not in the Do- not-Rent List, so Enterprise wont ever rent them a car in a lifetime.
Enterprise this is not how you treat your customers they will not spend no money with you your cars are too high Price Wise Are they still talking about credit I feel so bad for those people. Rent-A-Car the customer is always right. 2020? 2021?
