I think Job’s wife got a bad rap. You have to remember, she also lost all her possessions and her children, and the man she loved was suffering terribly. In the beginning of the book, they talk about how they made sacrifices not only for their sins, but any prospective sins. So, she felt Job would be covered if he cursed God and died.

It also shows that the Passover lambs, once selected, their feet were anointed to set them apart before they were brought into the house for 6 days until they were sacrificed…so that’s the other reason Jesus said she had anointed him for burial.

This was actually the first song he wrote. His pastor asked his to write a song to go with his sermon, and this was it!

I know that you were speaking about waiting on the Lord, and He’s been teaching me all of this, because I live on the Southeast Coast of Louisiana, and we got absolutely thrashed by Hurricane Ida and it’s spin-off tornado. We sustained $156K in damages and had part of the roof caved in, fallen trees on our home (which means huge bugs, squirrels, rats, and opossums getting in) and we had 80% black mold damage, not to mention the loss of our personal property, and our homeowners insurance company offered us $29K! The storm left some of our neighbors’ homes in rubble. It was so devastating to witness! We evacuated in time but spent almost 3 years being homeless essentially, and prayed through the devastation, and finally, after waiting on the Lord, we had teams of Amish missionaries from Lancaster, PA who came and fully rebuilt our home-using hand tools, no less! We were able to move back into our master suite after almost 3 years! We just praise the Lord! It all happened in His time😁 During the past 3 years, I have had to have 6 places in my spine operated on, but the Lord has been helping me to deal with my pain, and although I’m going to require 2 more surgeries, I’m not afraid, because I know that He will be with me! My husband and I decided to fully dedicate ourselves to serving God in the ministry, although we already were Christians and I teach the precious pre-K through second graders in Sunday school, and my husband has filled in for our Pastor preaching and teaching the Adults Sunday school, but we decided to completely be available for helping out at our church, and we’ve been so very blessed with joy, peace, and the love of our fellow believers in our church and community! He has supplied all of our needs, and I just wanted to share our joy with you! The song is beautiful, btw, and we are so thankful for your channel’s content! Guy is one of the best singers on the planet!!! He was actually the first winner of AUSTRALIAN IDOL!! A remarkable talent, up there with the few greats, a natural born talent, you can't manufacture this type of talent, he's a SUPERSTAR!!!
