Well, there’s been many cases of near death experiences where people have died for minutes in some cases over an hour in some cases and I’ve heard several different people talk about how a pet dog they had that had died was in heaven with family members that had already passed and they were watching the dog until they got there. That’s been said by multiple people that have died and been brought back.
There is a difference between not being in control and not exercising control. He is in control of some of our wills because He changes some of our hearts to receive Him. Others remain in their unbelief and hardened hearts, not because God hardened them but because Man did through Adam.
It's not true. Our will is controlled. All of our desires and inclinations are coded into our DNA, and even further, exploitable by people with great understanding of this concept.

Yes He is. He was able to change Pharaohs heart. He is able to change a will if he wants. But He also allows certain evils to exist or certain evil wills to persist.
