Hi lovely's 💜 I'm Lindz. Welcome to my channel. I make content on a bit of everything. Like food hauls money saving ideas cooking on budget product reviews and health chats. Real life 💕 I'm a cancer patient and have a few lifelong health issues. I have separate playlists for health videos. My hope here is that my personal experiences can help others. Xx Oh, and if that wasn't enough, I'm also converting a Ford transit to a camper van. Xx
I love your videos! ❤ I’m new to the world of air frying (but not to cooking) and keen to learn. Only had my AF a couple of days and looking forward to making some of these treats. Just FYI, Scottish folk call them “scons” I was married to a Scotsman for 40 years, that’s how I know.
Thanks Linda.. I just purchased one of these.. Really enjoyed your video, you make it so easy to follow by explaining everything so well… congrats! great channel .. ❤ Dublin
I shall certainly be doing this from now on. Chicken noodle soup sounds delicious. Recipe idea: staying on the subject of soups, could you please make a pea and mint soup? The celebrity chefs put so many ingredients in their recipes, I’m pretty sure most of them are unnecessary. Anyway, you’re looking good Lindz, take care, Gill X
Hi Nacy 👋 It's the Ninja dual AF451UK I've linked it in the description if you'd like to see more details and I've done a few update videos on this one x
Hi lindz now we're getting technical 😅 I just found oxo cubs .😂 any chicken left goes for a sandwich..bones in the bin .😮. I'm still learning. Take care Young lady. ❤shan and dave.
@Mike-v1f I haven't, but I can add it to the list 😉 I've a bean chilli coming soon 😋 But I'll be using the instant pot, but the method is the same for any multi cooker x
Hiya lovely's 💕 This recipe can be done in any make of pressure cooker 😊 Please could you all pop on to the community tab and pick which you'd like to see me keep and use between this ninja and my Instant pot duo crisp ( I'm definitely keeping my Instant pot mini duo as I use it near daily and have some more recipes coming up using it ) I hope you all have a wonderful week Xx
@elenipapakyriacou1 Hi Elen 👋 It's exactly the same steps lovely in the instant pot so I do hope you try it 😊 I'm having a hard time deciding which machine to keep either this one or my instant pot so I'll be putting a poll up on the community tab x
@@LindzandLife I think keep the instant pot because you have the other Ninja so these 2 do the job of the one. Instant pot really love it, I do yogurt in there
@elenipapakyriacou1 I think you could be right lovely my big instant pot has a separate lid with a airfryer so it's the best of both. I put a poll up and so far instant pot is winning 😉x
I always use the carcass from a roast chicken or the Christmas Turkey to make stock using my instant pot. I’ve also used a roast duck carcass. Most goes for soup, especially from the Christmas Turkey. I use yellow split peas, some potato, onion, carrot and add the small bits of cooked Turkey after liquidising with a stick blender. It freezes perfectly.
Hey Lindz. Back to the good ole day's waste nothing until it tastes of nothing, great survival video for the future. Hope you are well and doing good. Thanks. South Wales.
Thank you Lindz for another great vlog the chicken broth will be great for loads of different recipes also thank you for the advice about the patches they do seem to be working success I hope you are doing well please look after yourself you will be always in our prayers best wishes Sheila and family
@MelHinley Hi Sheila 💜 I'm so happy to hear the patches are working. I'm going to do an update video soon and another product. I'm having great results with. Just want to make sure before I share it with you all. Have a great week lovely x
Hi Lindz l have sent you a recipe l really hope you can give it ago and it's something l haven't yet tried in an air fryer but l need to get a recipe for an air fryer l will have to look on the net for on l hope your keeping well 😊
@Craftyeastyorkshirelass Hi Karen 💜 I'll check emails soon its been a little mad here and been filming a few videos to try and get ahead 😉 I convert all my recipes myself as I had to many fails from the search engines 🤣 So I'll see what I can do for you when I get round to emails. Have a great week lovely x
I always use a cooked carcass for soup stock, I personally think it gives a better flavour. Good idea to freeze the washed peelings. Lovely tasty base for soup.
Perfect time of year to start thinking about making stock! I sometimes give the bones a bit of a roast in the air fryer before making the stock - seems to add a bit of a deeper flavour. But hard to go wrong with home made stock that isn't 90% salt and 'stuff' 🙂
@billybofh2363 Hi Billy 👋 I've tried roasting the chicken bones onion and garlic before and that works really well the onion and garlic have a sweet flavour 😋 x
I have yet to try to make chicken broth in an InstantPot. I always save my scraps and use raw chicken, (or beef, or vegetables, and I have been known to do pork). It really hurries the process. I I used to freeze cheap celery but now I dehydrate it, and just about every other vegetable. The 'jelly-form' IS best, as it is full of protein, plus collagen from the bones, and FLAVOR. To keep it best and free of freezer burn, I seal them in bags, CAREFULLY, in my vacuum sealer,(mostly without the vacuuming, just air pressed out. ALways good to see you, and thanks; I will try broth in the InstantPot, next time I have enough scraps!
@tonette6592 Hi Tonette 💜 Good to know the jelly is best and we all need extra collagen as we age 😊 I made a mess trying to vacuum seal some a few years ago so thank you for that tip 😀 Electric pressure cookers are amazing for so many things. I'm still trying to decide which I'm keeping either this ninja or my 6qt instant pot ( I'm definitely keeping my instant pot mini as I use it near daily ) I hope you have a wonderful week take care x
@denisefuller4483 Sorry to hear you've been poorly Denise 😢 Its an awful dose. I'm still recovering nearly a month now. Add in some garlic, and maybe a touch of ginger all helps. Take care, my lovely 💜x
@@geogen1426 Yesterday's comment I found in held for review because of the full stop no space and yt thinks it's email or something I can't see any others but I'll check on the laptop when I get home. I highly recommend the 3qt so much easier than the 6 for smaller portions xx
Another good one Lindz, love the new setup by the way, great idea using all the peelings for extra extra flavour like most people I peel my veg straight into the bin but I will be saving them from now on,another great recipe flower Xx
@pikricky Hi Ricky 💜 This is definitely a great way to squeeze a little more from food 🤣 I have a zip lock bag in my freezer and just pop bits in it, so there saved for stocks. I hope you have a wonderful week x
@annettesharrock1236 Hi Annette 💜 Great idea I absolutely love leeks I think its a very underused ingredient and have poped them on the shopping list 😀 Have a great week lovely x
I always boil up the chicken carcus and make a broth soup. I use the stock to make Chicken rice soup. Leeks. Onions carrots. Handful of rice (any rice). Bits of chicken. Swede. Any veg you’ve got really. When cooked a handful of fresh parsley.
Hi Lindz, good to see your kitchen garden skill. After all your health issues you are a remarkable woman, with my health issue I just wish I could be like you. Keep it going Kiddo. From a 77 yr old codger who needs inspiration before going back into Hospital for another op.
Looks like a good piece of kitchen work space. I love that you can put your legs under the work top when using it. I use a perching stool and it is really uncomfortable as you can't get near enough to the work top to prep properly or comfortably. My kitchen is very small and would not have anywhere to use this but wish I could X
Is this a cookery video or a cleavage show, nearly every cookery video, of Lindz and Life…is the cleavage Air Fryer video Not good for the younger generation who are trying to learn to cook 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼🫣
Hi lindz it's been ages since we last seen you. Missed you a lot. Thank you for this video and wishing you all the best for now and the future. Lovely to see you and looking forward to seeing more of you. All our love to you. Ann in Cumbria.xx ❤❤❤.
Lindz. Go for it girl. You are so inspirational, courageous and yet there is such a positive care for individuals apart from yourself. You are a very rare person that deserves more.❤
