Yeah the multiple sets of 360 degree rotating wheels won’t at all cause the wheels to turn while trying to go up stairs and boom what do you got a pile of granite on the ground and a waste of money cart
Merv here from Omni Cubed. With the AT2 only 2 of the wheels rotate the other two don’t there rigid so therefore the material will not fall over. With regards to turns on stairs pop an HD1 on the bottom when turning the corner pull material back turn around lay down and boom go again. If you need any more clarity please reach out to me.
And sadly that’s the reason why so many installers are blowing there backs and having to retire early. When using the cart you’re rolling up the stairs and able to take brakes, allowing the body to recover and not be under constant strain.

Have two of these. Unless you get rid of the like 30 connections for the hoses it loses vacuum to the point that it doesn't even hold itself.let.alone support the waterfall off the ground like it claims. Worst 3 grand I've ever spent
Hi Javad, thanks for the comment, but that material size shouldn't be a problem at all. The max weight capacity is 453kg (1000lb) , and the opening is 73mm (2.88in). You can rotate the uprights down out of the way before loading the material so you don't accidentally hit them. We also make a custom version that can open wider and another version with more wheels for increased load capacity. Our customers have used our carts daily for many years to carry slabs this big and bigger without any issues.
When the material is secured on the cart, only one person is required to transport the cart. When installing, we suggest two or more people to safely lift the material into place. Using a transport cart to roll the material is safer and more efficient than manually carrying the material. Learn more about the Pro-Cart AT2 here: omnicubed.com/pro-cart-at2.php
We know it. We talked to installers about what they were using and developed a version that fulfilled those needs, to be wider, sturdier, and easy to maneuver.
For people using the grabo pumps to freely carry peaces just make sure you keep them in good shape keep then rubber rings clean those can be interchanged
Our Sink Hole Saver™ Auto v6 is a surface-mounted, vacuum-pump powered reinforcement tool that strengthens fragile materials, such as granite, stone and glass, during lifting, transportation, and installation. Learn more here: omnicubed.com/sink-hole-saver-auto-v6.php
We are showing that even without pumping the cups down, the suction is still strong. Learn more about the Sink Hole Saver™ Auto v6 here: omnicubed.com/sink-hole-saver-auto-v6.php
Are your Aqua-Jaws Gold with gray tightening knobs, or are they gray with gold knobs? Our newer grips are a much stronger and thicker EPDM foam and are much tighter on the handles so that they won't slip or tear. Our team is always ready and happy to help!! Please call or email us.
Hi Michael, thanks for watching. Respectfully, we believe you are missing the point of the Pro-Lift. The Panel Express can not help you take massive slabs out of the back of your truck, lift up and help tilt onto the cabinets, or lift an awkward L-shaped piece up onto the cabinets. The Pro-Lift greatly reduces the risk of back injuries, which are all too common in our industry. For a more appropriate "apples to apples" comparison, consider our compact and lightweight Pro-Dolly or our all-terrain Pro-Cart, which can go upstairs; both of those product lines have their own unique benefits over the Panel Express and in a similar price range.

Very good! God bless you all at Omni Cubed! And all workers that use this great device.
It's slower but I think the point is that you might need less people and you don't have to work as much and prevent injuries. At least I hope so lol never tried it but interested
Hi Rodger. When it comes to going upstairs, any scissor-style clamp will have its carrying capacity reduced. When it comes to longer lifts and going upstairs we recommend the Aqua Jaw. To find out more follow this link: omnicubed.com/aqua-jaw-carry-vise.php
The best practice for the mega jaws is to ensure the material is reasonably clean and dry before beginning to lift. This is to prevent a loss in weight capacity and potential slipping. For more information on the Mega jaw check out our website, omnicubed.com/mega-jaw-carry-clamp.php
I don’t dislike it but it would be nice to see the demonstration on 3cm material with a sink run countertop piece to see how functional it really can be on most scenarios
I've got 2. My problem is that the suction cups lose grip when I level on heavy long pieces. Also, with long heavy pieces, the roller doesn't close tight without someone pushing on one end. Your video is great but in the real world long heavy pieces are common. Especially if you want to reduce the amount of seams in the kitchen. Do you guys have any tips for me so that I don't have to purchase a different seam system?
Great cart i use it ever time we have big islands. The thing they need to change is the plate that the threaded rod goes through to clamp the stone needs to be like three times as thick so.it doesnt wable. Also the turning wheels should be able to lock straight and all 4 wheels should be like this. And lastly the little plastic rubber foot that clamps against the stone is going to fall off sooner or later and it needs to spin as you clamp.so.you cant just glue it on. Other then these small things the cart is mint. They should make a holder for it that clamps on the inner side of your truck bed. Id buy that shit. Its a pain in my ass because im not as tall to reach iver the side to grab the cart. Ooooh also the rubber on the cart needs to be waaaay thicker. That shit wears off
