Scott Overholt was the truth, tough as nails. If a few things go differently with a shoulder injury & an opponent he'd beaten multiple times before... he's a 3xer
Apparently this guy does not have a degenerated spinal cord like mine, If I even attempted to do what he’s doing I would probably never be able to walk again lol,but seriously!!!!! I couldn’t imagine even attempting to do that , scary!!!!!
Great to hear John. Thank you. The beauty in all these workouts is that you can always alter the technique to make things more manageable or more intense. And then you can move up a weight and start the challenge all over again. Stay consistent my friend!
Thank you sir. I started practicing around 2005. Like most started with hard style, 2008 I took up the sport which is the blend that's created this style. Still practicing.
Hi Alexsis, just work on the bottom heavy, full range squat with elbows inside knees. Once you get there push the elbows into the knees to lift and straighten the spine to help get a deeper squat. You could also place heavier dumbbells on your feet to help with the roll back. Keep it up🙌
Awesome stuff brother. I enjoy the workouts that you put out. Not your standard run of the mill techniques. The content that you put out can make a person mobile and hostile. I do love the barbell and it had its place but when you grow older and have lack of time on your hands. You want something that's quick, nasty and effective. Keep pumping out these awesome videos. Your fitness is profound.
Hey Vinal, I appreciate your posts. I've been attempting to reply for a long time but none of the comments would post. Anything I can do to help further your fitness, I'd be glad to help with. I do have a recent workout with rings. Take care!
