Hi my 2016 Navara has a primary and secondary fuel filter, I replace both with the oil and oil filter every 8000 Km, did a change last week and I have lost power, I used aftermarket fuel filters, I purchased a set of genuine and still have reduced power, any suggestions?
The steel wires inside the tire are hardened and will spoil the teeth of your hacksaw blade! It's much faster to use an angle grinder with a thin cutting disc and cut the steel wires in the rubber very near the edge of the rim only. You need to cut 2 to 3cm into the rim itself, always on the rear side of the wheel. This will release the tension; thus you can easily pry this side of the tyre fully up over the rim. Then you turn the wheel and press (or hammer) the other half of the tyre down until it's in the middle of the rim. Turn the wheel again and pry the tyre completely off with a crowbar. Two crowbars make it easier. If the rim is aluminium, you can alternatively smash the entire rim into smaller pieces with a sledgehammer, then they'll fit perfectly into the crucible in your metal melting furnace. The alloy used for wheel rims is excellent for home casting. The rubber tire can be cut in halves or quarters, together with the inner tube if any, and be used as raw material for your pyrolysis unit, giving you free diesel or gasoline for your car, or as fuel for your metal melting furnace. Notice: The Raw Pyrolysis Oil must be desulfurized before use! The gas created during the pyrolysis process can be let back to the pyrolysis unit as free fuel during the pyrolysis process, if you don't collect it in either a gas bag or compresses it into an old propane bottle. Rubber tires contain 40% solid residue. Nearly half of this is steel wires that can be sold as scrap iron. The remaining part is mostly carbon black, which after pyrolysis process can be mixed with saw dust and pressed into hard pellets and used as fuel for the pyrolysis unit as well. Never use it for barbecue! You can also mix it with the thicker part of refined Raw Pyrolysis Oil for use in oil fired metal melting furnace. In fact, it should really be incinerated in a fire chamber connected to a fume scrubber as it contains a bit of sulfur. The valve is usually brass (must be pyrolyzed to become pure brass. Inner parts of the valve are brass, iron, or stainless steel. Wheel weights are zinc, older ones are lead; both have steel clips.
Hay mate thanks for the video, I’m having an issue when pumping the fuel back into the filter, in not sure if my pump is broken or if I have to do it for a extremely long time as the fuel might gone all the way back to the tank, any advise on how to solve this?
Looks good to me.. I would say you are a Successful Engineer.. Hell I should went to Engineering school. My brother the Engineer,, I went into medicine.... lol. !!! good video..
Thanks for sharing your knowledge, you mentioned 75 grams of CuSO4 per liter, do you mean 75 of copper as CuSO4 which mean you will dissolve about 300 grams of CuSO4 or you mean 75 CuSO4? Cause I read in different sources that copper content should be 50 grams per liter that mean we need 200 grams of CuSO4 per liter. Another question, 10% of sulphuric acid mean add 100 ml sulphuric acid to 1 liter of water, or water plus Sulphuric acid should be 1 liter? Thanks for your help
Hi there, this is going back many years, so I am a bit fuzzy on the details. Im pretty sure I used 75g CuSO4 and it would have been 1 to 10 H2SO4, even though that is not 10% total. For a DIY test I doubt it makes that much difference. Use those numbers as a starting point and do some controlled experiments. Good luck mate 👍
Yes, unrealistic as I learned later, that was mostly one type of server ram, just happened to have a great yield. Overall I now expect about 2g/kg from general PC mixed ram bga.
For those who cannot melt copper pins into bars for the anode, instead could the pins be put into a porous bag with a connection to the power supply and dunked into the electrolyte? Similar to using silver shot or cornflakes in a silver cell.
I wouldn't think so, the idea is that the Copper atoms can migrate through the solution to the cathode, if you put the pins in whole, the Copper is surrounded by Gold. Sulfuric deplating cell is probably the best bet if you can't melt and cast anodes.
The purple stuff is gold contaminated with aluminium. Nile red was actually TRYING to make that stuff! If you were using computer parts, heat sincs etc, some al would have gotten mixed in
Great video, thanx. However big disappointment for using the FINAL chemistry separation for Ag !!! Tell me please what I am missing here: Why should we use electrolises for Cu separation instead of the way , how people did it back in the days ??? Using flame torch... without the need of electrolyses ? ...the classical metod when ading Pb and heating it together on a cement ... Why is this better ? Thank you . Because Cooper separation from the aloy has never been really a big problem as far as I know even wehen using the old clasical method , hasn't it ? . Separating silver and other precious metal contaminants from the Gold ....that is the true difficult story.... That is the chemistry part,ok... Tell me please what I am missing here.... Thanx Btw. The chemistry PART 2 is absolutely fine, getting 99.9 ? thumbs up. I just dont get the electrolises Cu part... Why to overcomplicate? For Ag/Au separation we must have a bit different electrolictic solution in the Beaker , dont we ??? 😊 You may consider making video on this. Anyway thank you.
Separating a small amount of Gold from a large amount of Copper is very difficult, hard to do with smelting because Copper is not very reactive and expensive to do with chemicals. This is basically how industrial scale E-waste processing is done.
Thanks for the great video, i got a hold of about 50kg of un assembled enig pcb panels for free, how do i calculate the profitable potential from this? Maybe the pcb also need to be processed to small pieces so i will use smaller amount of nitric acid ? What you recommend?
<Shaking head> glad ive found you're installation and Tv working. Having probs. New 12 volt Tv and nick knacks, put it all together. Downloaded a satellite tracker. Got optus 1 . Just got to set up the New TV. Not simple. Have to copy your settings,oh example. Thank you.
hey mate, thanks for the video, hope you see this comment and help me. I own an Hyundai load 2011 turbo diesel and has lack of power, works good when starting engine but then after few stops loose power so I have to turn the engine off then on and works good for a while and the like. few things has done so far: intake manifold cleaning vacuum valve replacement fuel filter replacement = here is my question, when I replace the fuel filter, in the step of priming , the fuel never came out , so I have to turn the engine on to see if the fuel could go up and it did , the engine automatically turned off, so I could prime it and took the air out of the line . my question is what happen when priming and the diesel doesn't come out? thanks mate
Very Good Tutorial and very straight forward! Now it’s time to tackle my own 99 Grand Vitara VIT 5 transmission as it has noisy bearings. Well done! And thank you for posting this.
How are you sir, these days you are making very few videos, I am very worried about one thing that in Stannous chloride test, which metal is the mark of dark Brown color, I don't understand
Great idea SE. If you want to further tweak your control standard, index the RJ45 contact pin .it has a 50 micron industry standard. Following dissolution rate is brilliant! Impressive work. Thanks.
It was a one-time wonder for me, it was all the same type of server ram and must have been especially good. In the years since around 2g/kg has been my average.
With a dimer on the electrolytic bath, you would be able to vary the voltage as you wish and do a selective electrolytic deposition with all the metals in solution one by one. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronegativities_of_the_elements_(data_page)
