You are going to have lots of damp issues.... Damp is a killer in vans like this..... Yes you have put noise dampening on some of the panels but what about the rest of the metalwork?? also you have no insulation especially using wood as that will soak water up like a sponge... I would have insulated the whole of the metal and taped over the joins this includes the floor using the foil insulator.....
