It seems like the doctors would figure out that he was being given sugar pills instead of his medicine and would have to tell this to the police as mandated reporters. Yes he should because she can think that it's not wrong and there is no consequences and he needs to show his grandchildren that there is no easy way out. And doing wrong is not the right thing to do or able to do wrong and you can be let free maybe for another chance and maybe then succeed.

Your husband made his choice as well as your father and now they have to live with the bitter choice they made. Moving pass your hurt and explaining to your children shows you will do great things. Leave that toxic family behind without a care in the world like the did you and your children. Your husband, sister, father and stepmother said that you were not the right fit for your husband and yet he married you and had two children.
