I would say it's more heart-breaking, vs disappointing, that Rory missed those putts. I'm a fan of both him and Bryson, and I love watching history and greatness happen. What was disappointing was Rory just dipping out and not congratulating Bryson, or speaking with media. Don't get me wrong I understand it, I assume he was honestly getting back to work rather than having a temper tantrum, maybe just dipping out was the "edgiest" thing Rory could do to hype himself up for the work he's putting in now lol.
Interesting video! I was heartbroken for Rory. Stayed up and watch him capitulate live. It was brutal. The most I've every related to him though as a golfer xD. I think an interesting video would be how you handle the yips both through training and in a live environment. The amount of times I've hit a bad drive, brushed it off then the next one is the same... it gets to you and then you feel like you can't figure out what you're doing wrong, then your whole game collapses. I think this can apply to most sports as well.
Testosterone has been depleted. Rory and the wife sleep in separate beds. Bryson on the other hand, crushes, constantly. It's nature. Rory makes those two putts if he had anything left in the tank. It is what it is.
My dad always told me that a change of mindset can improve my life. Now I get it!! Good to be part of the fam. I'll see if I can download the app on my phone.
Yoo!! This feels really funky! Although may I say a little hard to understand, even at the third or fifth rewatch. This vid is quite old indeed, hopefully I'm able to watch all of your other vids in order to give positive coaching reviews. Catch y'later MindStrong Sport!
@@MindStrongSport No bad feelings, besides I've been getting pretty dull at both studying, listening and college. I guess that's why I ended up here! This vid cleared me so many doubts about breathing and excercise either way, thank you MindStrongSport CM, proud to join the fam!
Be it any sport, it is very important to be mindful while playing the game. This video helps in being aware and mentally prepares you to perform your best.
Great video. I think the knowledge here will help me cope with some current problems. Keep up the work, the results will come. Your videos are extraordinary!
Yes! Love your analysis, Lewis. Found it really insightful. Perhaps for future vids like this...if you could expand the subject screen a bit wider? That'd be cool. Plus, what do you think about the Goalkeeper's composure for every penalty kick?
This is really helpful. Will look at what goalkeepers do in the future. In this scenario, goalkeepers are likely to do their homework, similar to the players, their ability to stick to those plans may largely depend on their ability to manage the pressure.
i just recently started taking my mental game more seriously and i have seen boosts in everything from my athletic performance, to my emotional well-being as well! i’ve been meditating and journaling a lot lately and it really helps. thank you for all the videos you make, they truly help. God bless you
Not that it happens often at all but routines i found me the best chance. Like you said using music and warm up routines that help me get in that right headspace that hopefully allows me to stay relaxed/ present but also motivated to take on the challenge. Really enjoyed the video 👍
This is great to hear. As I said, music is a personal favourite. Used it throughout my professional career and so many draw on it. Found myself singing (badly) in games sometimes!
Hey Sam. Found your page as one of our few resources for inspiration after my athletes had questions on a subject like this, love what you're doing. A great page. Reach out (email) if you'd like to chat further mate. Lewis 😊💪
