It took me a while, but I am not in the big bang camp, I also believe we are looking at vibration, photonic, harmonic. We can measure expansion, but not source (location of the supposed singularity) Evolution, I believe in evolution of billions of years, but not the Darwin set. Darwin even finally broke his atheist mentality on his death bed, he was reading scripture. Darwin was close but he told on himself with the lineage model from ape to man. Adam and Eve, there were 16 prior religions before Christianity of the same stories, Tibet, India, Egypt, etc. Of a messiah born of a virgin, died and rose. You get the point. It gets deep knowing more about this because origin's combined with Darwinism, and biblical canon, you'll find Darwin's missing link, and also find canon's are not exactly telling the stories we think they are telling. We are the "missing link" Millions of years of animals spears, and boom overnight complex sciences, medicines, agriculture, advanced mathematics, and superior astrological knowledge, weaponry in our timeline, it don't jibe. Bro, I am like starting week 4 of under 1200 cals as I said per week and never weighed myself because we never had a scale in the house here, but ordered a digital scale that arrived a week ago and just now tried it. Let me get this straight. Last time I was weighed was a Dr. appt. and they said I was in the at 204lb, that floored me. I said before, Sean, I was 185 forever, decades forever never deviating. So, now I am 3-weeks into eating like a rabbit and decide to try the scale and it's saying 180, I don't think this scale is correct. I have felt loss but no where close to that much, my tummy has shrunk. I need to just stop at the local hospital or somewhere and get weighed on the one's they use, and do the differential number difference vs. my scales numbers. Even if it's lying, I can still use it;)... target, 180/185...

I personally don’t like a pod cast format. I stopped watching two channels because they seemed to have switched to that format. I like it when people personalize it to where they seem like they’re talking to YOU. To me, ‘pod casts formats’ seem to be like the automated world today.

Between my daddo and I we had a lot of all the basic good tools, flywheel pullers, odd and end special wrenches, he showed my my first mechanic basics, I used to tear down my dirt bikes to the frame, clean everything (motors with toothbrush and gasoline) wire brush, and put them back together, but n his eyes, for some reason I was incapable of holding a flash light..? 've done 2 tranny's, one time U-joints, other maintenance;)... Lately was fixing a clogged washer drain, beat that issue, I'm a minor in electrical, and plumbing, but know enough, zot;)...
Notice problem, Diagnose problem, Establish game plan to fix problem, Gather parts to fix problem, Gather tools to fix problem, Take action, Fix problem, Clean up................drink heavily! Life is good NO PROBLEM
I know the thing about antibiotics used only when necessary because the body will do something where they are not as effective or whatever. I have had mostly tooth issues before of one time an infection and went to the emergency room from my roofing job (boss sent me) it was bad at one knee cap area. But I have this thing that as soon as I pop an antibiotic, it's like a warm drink, you just know it's help on the way in a pill. The knee infection, it was an emergency, went home in a full leg brace, but before I left he had to use this super antibiotics in a syringe, he put that chit slowly, and straight into my butt muscle, hurt like hell. Loudest I've ever yelped and moaned in a doc office ever;)...
I'm sure it goofs up your game, meh, buck up, at least it's not a skull shattering tooth infection. My mom was saying something about a tea named Chi tea or something, supposed to be wonderful, but she found out it's ultra expensive, I've never hears of it, you'll get beyond this, no more whining;)...
Cipro...that's what I took. When they took my SPC out to change it, it was bloody. The nurse was kind of taken back. I can't take oxy...but they gave me solifenacin succinate. My AD was worse than anything...anyone have tips on that?
I worked at a plant once, and this one guy had these cone sifters or something because he said he was passing kidney stones, I've always never wanted that to happen, I've only had the handful of broken bones but absolutely no innards issues ever, no twisted guts, no appendix, pretty good inside, no jinx. Welp, TAQ, I've changed the game here, fighting this extra tummy 15lb, I've figure you can't target a belly with just sets, it helps of course, but the base line is sugars, carbs, and calories. Today is day 10 of under 1200 per day. Shooting for 50 days. Working on a more vegetables diet, but still in creations, "Taste better" dishes. I stopped eating bread. It's like stews, beans, sometimes rice, trying to figure out tasty wraps (never been a wraps guy) Tortillas yes, previously I could wrap a pine cone in a tortilla, dip it in tobasco, and good to go. Wanna know what my first 5 days was..? It was 1 can corn, 1 can green beans, 1 can tuna, salt & pepper per day. I think that made some demons flee. It's tolerable but moving on to making things delicious under 1200...
I think diuretics are the way to go...but I always heard beer is a no-no. I always heard avoid any alcohol. Beer is also a diuretic...that's probably why it's helping. Can you add green tea to the mix...it's also a diuretic.
Sometimes I imagine I live down the street from you, or near, and just arrive sure that you'll offer me a beer;) Constitutional Republic. My mom was not like an antiques nut, but her and I both have bought some well made furniture's, dining, end tables, coffee tables with glass top inserts, she knows some well made stuff, don't get me wrong, she has old oak dresser drawers, some things in time, she has painted things on piece's, the china hutch I made her years ago for mother's day, she painted like a rooster, and other stuff on it, kewl you guys☠🐾;)...

Annie is now 12 yrs old, here perfect weight is between 90 and 100lbs she goes between 95/105 from week to week her diet is consistent but she is just slowing down, she is a happy and very content dog who just loves life! Ever own a shepherd, great dogs but life expectancy is around 10yrs, we're blessed with her..... Bulkhead is just a retaining wall in the water didnt they have them in NS? Also you can have lights but I aint getting that crazy....... It just looks cool!

Amazon has those really cool solar lights that look like fire flies...they're on black rubber strands that flow. I have a cement bear sitting on a stump (it's about 700 pounds) and those lights I'm getting because they look so neat.
Funny thing Sean, i recently found a little cocktail umbrella in a freshly blossomed Begonia flower. What I couldn't feature-- is how a dead bumble bee was harpooned next to a micro onion.
