I make videos of my passion for the great outdoors with, Gear Reviews, Hunting, Fishing and How To/DIY Videos on fixing some types of vehicles to help you with maintenance and repairs. All of this, helps with my love for staying healthy and being in shape for the mountains and being able to get to the mountains. Be the Wild.
Yeah, it’s definitely finicky on ammo. My boy has about 150 rounds through it now. It has really pulled the groups in with the Aquila ammo. Still haven’t gotten around to do another vid with more types of ammo.
My seat cushion is shot but the material is still pretty good so I'm going to attempt to replace the cushion. I like the idea of not taking the seat out of the truck. I'm going to try that also
Yeah, I held off on doing mine at first because of the dread of taking the seat out. Then really looked at and had the realization that I didn’t have too. Thanks for watching.
Yes, you should have it on your 08. When you find it, mark it with a silver sharpie or some white out or something for easier identification next time.
Banks Exhaust Brake with 4 Tons ( 4,000kg's) of hay. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Rtbq9dunPek.html Hope this helps. Thanks for watching and asking.
It actually axle nut has two Torx sir. The first torque is about 132 foot pounds to 149 foot pounds and this is on 2003 to 2005 dodge it doesn’t matter if it’s 2500 or 3500 4 x 4 then you spend the hub 5 to 10 times let the bearing sit and then final torque is. 263 foot pounds. I’m not going to use Nm You don’t want it over torque your hub bearings or under torque them you torque them at 300+ ft pounds that’s way over. You might’ve been thinking ( 357 Nm) Which is 263 foot pounds
I got the seat cover for my 2013 Ram 1500 for $23 and the foam part on Amazon for $45. Its a different pattern than yours, and I needed to get D ring pliers which were $14 on Amazon to attach the seat cover to the foam.
WARNING! Safety Violation! NEVER do mechanical work on equipment while wearing rings or jewelry. This should be common since? He is lucky to still have his finger! Also, when did he close the canister drain valve? Was there water or dirt in the drain bottle? How long between filter changes? What is the Cummins micron rating of the filter? Inadequate information to do a good job.
Hahaha, yes you can always loose a finger when doing simple filter changes. Might as well take your jewelry off when pumping fuel or gas and if someone is already pumping, you should definitely shut your vehicle off and coast in, that way there’s less chance of a spark with all the vapor. You always shut the fuel drain valve off when it’s done draining or you could forget it. And the vid is, “How to change the filter”, not choosing the best filter.
Only thing that i would say is to start with the Front to line up the stitching line's with the edges and round over part..then pull it all tight in the Rear... But Thank's .. Gives me a good idea and starting point of what's all involved in replacing the cover...
At first I was a bit disappointed at how much force it took to get the pistol mags in. Took leaving them in for several days to get it to loosen up some and now getting them out and re-indexing is a bit smoother while still having good retention.
Yeah, brand new is always a little tight with these. I’ve had pouches that fit amazing right out of the box. Then after having mags in them for several weeks, they sucked. Mandatory to run retention straps. Thanks for watching and sharing.
Suggestion. Mark the universal on the outside with a line ( paint or chalk) for quick identification for future. It also helps when rotating the universal to get access to the fitting
The part numbers definitely won’t work for the setup. There are several companies that do make HD setups though. www.polyperformance.com/syn-8525-03-synergy-1994-1999-dodge-truck-heavy-duty-steering-kit-with-clamp?SYN-8525-03&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwjeuyBhBuEiwAJ3vuofSQcimQcg4uf6BL1rxowVXgvnyDB_SmQWLHPbRczSUbkB6P-atOcxoC4D8QAvD_BwE
Not on this one. Never had a 3rd axis sight on my bows and I grew up hunting true NorCal and SoOre coast for Blacktails. Some of the most brushy and steep terrain out there and have been pretty dang successful. Not saying the 3rd axis isn’t necessary, I just haven’t used one.
I got the orange special edition (for hunting), love this one. I use it to always have some water on me when I’m out in the woods, it’s ideal for that. And it’s not made out of plastic, a big plus in my book…
Thank you for the compliment. I’m going to say this head unit is probably pretty dang close as to what will work. But I imagine as long as they make the front to fit and the unit will fit in the modified cubby, they could make something with a larger screen that will work..?
I really like them. I’ve never ran Fox shocks, but I do know a couple guys that do and they like them. I’ve done some research on Fox shocks and they seem dang near the same as Bilstein, but for the $$ I went with Bilsteins.
I got impatient and paid 120 for. Probably 2 days later, PSA has them on sale for 100. Still a great optic though! I didn't get the opmod, but i did get the green dot, and it's pretty awesome!
