And 3 years later from this video. I decided to buy another air fryer. And found this one for $15. I like the fact that it's stainless steel on the inside. So it doesn't have that Teflon coating. I've had three air fryers with the Teflon coating that actually burned off.
We’ve had ours for about two years now and it’s becoming glitchy. Has anyone had any issues with it shutting off and coming back on sporadically? Thanks :-)
It can happen - try another plug perhaps? We have used ours daily for 3+ years It might be time for a new one soon - it’s well loved. Btw if you would like to replace yours I can help you do it for 60% off
@@pcgirllovesfood I may take you up on that. I’m trying to get the diagram, it maybe a fuse or wiring issue. I tried on different outlets and keep you posted :-)
Hi Brenda, thanks for asking, I don’t do them any longer than a few minutes. I like mine to still have a little bite. Depending on how many you have, you can put them on the rack and put the water underneath that way. They are sitting up out of the water and they will steam. Pampered Chef also has baskets that you can purchase for steaming, but I would not set them to longer than a minute and see if you like that texture. Vegetables tend to get very soft very quickly so if you custom set for one minute, it will take a while to get to pressure and then you can release immediately. I hope that helps.
@@pcgirllovesfood Oh WOW, I’m used to cooking them all day in my crock pot! 😂 Can you tell I am a new owner of the pressure cooker?! 🤪 I am trying to plan my Easter meal, and thought I’d try steaming my green beans. And yes, I don’t like them to be mushy, but to have a bit of a bite. I hope I can do this - thanks for your pointers!!
Does the battery charge on a base that's plugged into the wall? How long does it take to make a full charge and keep a charge? Is there an indicator? I love this multi-tool concept.
Thanks for asking, there’s an actual separate charging base and you can set it on there for about an hour and it should charge fully. You don’t leave it on the base though. When you put it on the base to charge it will be either green or red green indicating that it is charged and red indicating that it is charging.
My husband loves pork chops and Spanish rice. This is something I usually do in the oven and it is very simple. It’s a one dish meal. I lightly brown the raw rice in oil, then add a 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (we like salsa style), broth, water, salt, pepper and oregano. I sear the pork chops and lay them on top. I did this in the quick cooker and the rice was mush. The chops and the flavor was great! Any tips for the rice to come out better?
Aww Dawn that was so nice of you! I hope that you enjoy your air fryer! There are always additional accessories that enhance your experience if you need any suggestions don’t hesitate to ask.
PC only recommend their products in the Air Fryer due to safety. For example if your pan has any aluminum in it - it will void the warranty. Reach out to me on my business page and I can help you find the right product.
Thanks for your comments. Norwex is a MLM company that has representatives similar to Pampered Chef. My representative is Amy Bean, if you search her under the Norwex site, she is more than happy to help you. They do individual orders as well as parties. Good luck!
Hi Aimee thank you for asking, the deluxe air fryer does not have an on off switch you will need to unplug it. It will continue to draw power if you leave it plugged in and Pampered Chef is all about safety
Yes, you have to unplug it. I know that sounds crazy but the air fryer still can draw power and as a safety precaution they recommend that you unplug it when not in use.
Yes you can bake a cake in the air fryer, but the containers that you use must be small enough to ensure they don’t touch the sides of the air fryer. 14½" tall x 12 3/4" x 14 1/4
