Question: What number should you have the gauge on that is on the dash, which is controlled by the plus and minus button on the gear stick? This is for me driving to work on a main highway.
i’m definitely late on this video but i was wondering something. i got my own set and have them currently (not mounted yet).. with how they are rated, especially for dry roads, would i be fine putting them on early like this in late September/early October?(still 70+° weather occasionally) or should i just wait it out? i live in VT as well & knowing we didn’t even get much snow last year i’m kinda worried. i got my winters early because my front right tire is on cords just barley due to small small alignment i am getting done. any info will help. thank you.
@@kehaya2625 I wouldn’t put them on until the temps consistently don’t get much above 45° otherwise they’ll wear prematurely like any other snow tire. Happy motoring!
@@slonkijippie I have some winter driving videos of it kicking around on here. It was definitely my third favorite car I’ve ever had behind my current Miata and S6.
I rented one of these for a drive along the Washington Oregon coast in 2009. My ex wife liked it so i bought her a 2010. It was a decent basic car and its still running around town occasionally driven by one of her family members in 2024. I think the door lock was OE. Operator Error.
Here's another tip all ford's when you push the traction control button to of traction control. You will have some traction control still working to have complete traction control off just hold the traction control button for 6 or 7 seconds then you will see advance traction control off then your set
Been watching you since the 2012 Focus with the transmission issues and the MFT issues. Would have been nice if you kept the smaller Audi. I think it was an S3. Quite a collection.
Crazy to think I’ve been a subscriber of this channel for 13 years…yikes!!! Your Ford Focus order brought me to the channel since i was interested on those and funny enough is the fact that I’ve always been a VW guy and im glad i never made that switch lmao
@@TheMattstermind Cheese passed away last year at the age of 17. While greatly missed, I have two new goofballs from the humane society as of almost exactly a year now. :)
The cost-cutting in stuff developed post-Dieselgate is very obvious and Mazdas are the most Germanic-feeling (sporty and well-made) Japanese (reliable) brand so here I am, loving it so far!
Well Ford Focus without the MFT would have been much better. Now If I sawed The Focus was launched, I would gotten the SE model since it has more comfort than the higher trims and wasn't so Problematic compared to the Titanium
