I'm sorry, but they look overbaked. I make cookies all the time, and the brown ring along the bottom of the cookies is a sure sign that they are overbaked.
@citrusaroma5469 Cookies are usually best baked at a lower temperature when they're very big like the ones you made. This way, they have enough time to melt and spread out and get an even bake. I would lower the temperature to around 300. As for the time, i hate to be a bummer, but watching them is your best bet. The fastest way to ruin cookies is to trust timing on recipes and walk away from them while they're baking. Turn the oven light on and watch them until they're just just starting to turn a light golden. Generally speaking, an underbaked cookie is better than an overbaked. Don't worry about the "raw egg", the egg will be cooked after 3-4 minutes regardless. I usually don't bake cookies past 8-10 minutes. If you think "these cookies are too soft" just wait for them to cool completely and then bask in their soft chewy goodness.
This is the first time I've ever seen someone make smashed potatoes by microwaving instead of boiling beforehand, and it is GENIUS! This is a way better idea, faster and less mess. I will be doing this from now on, thanks to this video😊
Thank you! I do boil potatoes in microwave most of the time. Specially when in small quantities. Thus hack really works. Just try one medium Potato microwave for 3-4 minutes and see the magic
