Hi, I tried scanning files from a canon 2006n to the folders of two servers (the first one is running windows server 2019, the second one is windows server 2008R2). I have no problems scanning files to the 2008R2 one but every time I scan files to the 2019 one, it returns error #806. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Great This worked for me. The releasing and pressing of the buttons can be a bit fiddly especially to get the printer into reset mode (see also ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9SrBzabJj00.html ) but with a bit of trying one succeeds. Thanks a lot for the video!!!
