I have the green one. Lost the spoon attachment but still have the saber and now i’m scared to take it apart to see if the batteries need to be changed or if it’s just done.
Hi, How mutch did it cost for this robot setup? I have been looking around for a simulere setup. But have only got back 1 price yet. And that was very very overpriced. :/ Please tell me. So hard to find prices online. So i dont know whats correct and not.
The price for similar setup depends a lot of what is included - type of the spindle, year and working hours of the robot etc. Rough price is around 35k - robot, with spindle, inverter, and software - Sprutcam Robot X. Detailed price can be send upon request after clarification about the spindle etc. Write to us: info at bgrobots.com
Hi Sir, Nice to meet You RoBoT Arm and Hamonic Drive Gear can be rotate ??? I have not understand . PLS Detail talk to me PLS SIR PDF or RU-vid video link is OKE . thanks Sir
Well, just use different tool - spindle for example, and not the plasma torch. If you are using Sprutcam - contact your Sprutcam reseller to help you with the setup of your robot scheme.
Hi, i want to make water tubs, made from one single piece of wood, diameter has to be up to 200 cms, high 100 cms, is it possible with one of this arms? the piece of wood weights up to 2 tons
Pablo Salazar yes, that is possible. You will need also a rotary table - in that way you will reach easily all the sides of the object. You can take a look at our website to see prices: www.bgrobors.com
KUKA kr150 krc1 ?
We use only KRC2 KUKA robots - after 2002 year. They are very good and are still supported by KUKA. It is not needed to plug them on a computer system - they have their own computer cabinet, you will need to do just the CAM programming. For this we use Sprutcam 11 Robot
Witold Piskorz yes, there is a software converting simple 2d g-code to kuka krl commands. but for complex 3d code you will need some good CAM software - we are using Sprutcam 11 Robot - vey affordable solution!
Hi, what type of milling cutters do you use for your roughing and finishing operations? also how do you come up with the feeds and speeds to use to produce the best finish?
Hello, I am using 22mm end mill cutter for the roughing and 8mm ballnose cutter for finishing. The feeds and speeds usually by tryout for the specific materials - in this case walnut - about 16000 RPM and 5000mm/min for roughing and 18000 RPM and 4000mm/min for the finishing pass
If it is only the KSS to be reinstalled - you should have a copy of it on drive D on your robot - folder named KRC1_CD - there is a fresh installation of you Kuka System software. But if you don't know what you're doing - better to find somebody with more experience. In any case - make a full Norton Ghost copy of your original hard drive!
Hernan Morales thank you for the appreciation! Unfortunately i cannot share the model as it is copyright protected. I am sure you can find another model on internet - there are lots of free good quality models over there
