Not everyone can win. This is a simple fact of life. Striving for excellence is great and all, but why bother wasting time in a realm that will never value you? This is how we end up with murderers. Promises, but no results. Just fugazis.

I do love the idea of making practice less tedious - I feel like I lack the wherewithal to create any sort of support to make it feel like jamming. Like you’ve got the background keyboards, and as you say, getting some drums in there is always good. So maybe I take your exercise and lay it on some premade jam track some other RU-vidr has created, keep giving everyone Likes, and we all win!
