I received a different product with different ingredients mentioned from website they are not accepting return really bad customer service and I am not sure if they give genuine products because I have received products with different packaging And they have not resolved my issues keep sending automated messages on WhatsApp. * Edit:- my issue finally got resolved after 2 weeks of persistence but I will still say they have pretty bad customer service and I also received another unsealed product that I just kept then, they have good deals and discounts but bad customer service and careless quality check delivery etc it's risky to order from them I feel.
@@feralcat312 because I lost a lot of money n time and was really upset with their customer service and am in my rights to share my experience complain etc. As well as warn other people, so WTH is your problem because I have clearly stated mine with the company in the comment, your no one to curb my FOE so stop being agressive towards me for simply sharing my experience and f*** off.

I got a fake product from foxy cost 450 approx.. I ordered matrix biolage hairmask.. On packing "matrix" word is missing container.. And I got sevier allergies from packing material.. Very disappointed
I just ordered cosrx blackhead toner ...by looking at its efficacy i think they sell original products,even i was pretty scared because it was my first order but offers were pretty alluring !!
