It has pretty BS...no pool it's not worth a over a million 700 to 800k max...it's basic kitchen is weak even the bath area is sad...a fool would by it like the overpriced demon 170
For those who didn’t watch the vid before he edited the vid the home is going for 1.5 million. Everyone has pointed out that you can buy land and have a house built for a million so he took the price off lol.
I remember when I was a kid a million dollars got you a mansion with a movie theater, basketball court, massive pool with a water slide, 10 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, and now it’s just whatever this small thing is.
100%! Not to act like a diabetic boomer but one can score a 300-500k house in Potranco area and it be all polished concrete floor. This goofy house looks nice at the front door like a boring WASP/Mex restaurant owner Terrell Hills house, but it’s full of plywood floor. Like BRUH. A mill dollars can get 100% polished concrete floor in 100% of Arizona, 100% of California, 100% of New Mexico, 100% of Nevada, and 100% of Florida. San Antonio isn’t very hot but it could use a concrete touch. This house looks just 2¢ away from having carpet floor! The plywood floor just really upsets me. Get a rental and aim towards a palatial that’s actually polished concrete floor the whole house, and has more stuff than this house, for 1.5 mill I guarantee it.

No Pool? Just my two cents here but you’re trying to sell a million dollar home in Texas and it doesn’t come with a pool. It can be Christmas Day and still be hot enough in Texas to go swim.
