Hey there :) 1. Yes, it’s better to customize the account, or you can also use the Sharing tools to do that (there’s an edit tool there to do it all). 2. Yes, it’s okay. At the moment, I’m using a similar tool to Sharing tools, just with other features and more stability, called Fanzella.
