My daughter and I love mushrooms and this mushroom masala is what I will be cooking for her soon. Though I may replace the canned mushrooms with fresh ones. Perfect with some rotis and a dal on the side.
Making 2 to 3 hrs ahead should be fine, make sure to keep covered all along. The salad will taste even better because of the dressing. Salt, if needed, add only in the end. 🥰
I too made tiranga coconut barfi with desiccated coconut to celebrate Independence Day. I like how you have soaked the coconut in milk before making the barfi.
Tutti frutti cake use to be my kids favourite when they were growing up. Use to make it often for them. Haven't made it in a long time. Tastes so good dunked in cold milk.
The Sindhi koki sounds so interesting , especially the way you have half cooked it and then rolled it again.I love discovering new cuisines and traditional regional recipe. Nice share .
It is pouring here and hence definitely Koki Chai time! Absolutely love the delicious way of making koki. I think I will cook some and store them in the fridge. Cook the second time, cook them just when we need.
I'm always on the lookout for different ways to cook spinach. Came across this Sindhi style Dal Palak. Easy to make and nutritious. Going to make it soon.
It's perfect timing for Pico de Gallo. It's raining here, and I am craving chips and coffee. I need to justify to myself that I am eating healthy, hence the salsa. :D
We love this simple salad , it’s so tasty and simple to make but makes a great side to serve with all types of chips and pitta.Sometimes simple ingredients make the most flavoursome dishes.
