Don't buy these. All mine died within 45 days 1st one in 2 week's. 2nd in 3 weeks. The last one in 45 days now I'm stuck with their cloud I paid for a year. . Avoid at all costs....

That I really feel like sharing with everyone, this company, has scammed and just plain just ripped off! So anyway after 2 and half weeks I call up. Tell ask the where my 3 Camara are. The. I say I want a refund, guy says ok...i know his name. But I'll keep that to myself still...for now!.. he says you get your 187 USD refund in 7-10 days.. bingo. I go buy another companies Camaras! Figuring on getting my 187 USD back As I'm a 100% disabled veteran, living on a set amount of disability a month! 2 weeks later, the dang Camaras come, no refund! We are at 2 lies from Trey now. I hook up the 3 cameras! They are working great. I then pay for the Cloud, DotCom.com offers. Bingo 2 weeks in from getting my cameras, 1 no longer works. Bingo 3 weeks in the 2nd Camara no longer works! 45 days in my 3 rd and last Lightbulb Camara from DotCom.com no longer works! Now I paid for the Cloud for a year.... This company and the lightbulb cameras, totally suck! Avoid at all costs! They just started blocked me! Now I'm going to post the phone numbers l!

#1 problem with these types of camera is that you have to rewire outdoor light fixture to stay on. Because if you dont, you will have the outdoor lights stay on 24/7 until you switch it off and them camera turns off.

@MasterAngelification You must go into your phone settings and move it to 2.4g then program your camera after programming camera you can go back into your phone settings and switch back to 5g. Hope that helps.
I hate this bulb camera. They said it's so easy. Why didn't they send me a socket to screw this plastic thing into? So now I have to buy a candy cane - like lamplight and buy an electrical drill, etc etc etc. No customer service past 5 PM. I don't have a hanging socket, Ok? Wtf. How can that be easy? I put it in a lamp and all my pics are upside down of course. So, wtf? Always the bullsh-t buying it on the net.
