Creatine is naturally made in the body. If you're having side effects, YOURE taking more than you should. Which is why stick to one cap full in the morning and no more. 1. Hair loss is genetic 2. So is high blood pressure (I have it sometimes with out taking anything) My father has a full head of hair. His is thinning but not falling out. Your hair will thin as you age as well.

Why has this become 🚀 science ? For an average gym goer this level of detail is not helpful. Just do a few key exercises and stick to the basics (progressive overload,diet, etc)

I started fasting 18 to 20 hours and running 2 miles on April 14. My weight was 292. Today my weight is 269. I eat fruit and meat for lunch. For dinner I meat and vegetables.

Its genetics... you can do anything and gain. Lots of low weight... a few super heavy. Your only mistakes are you genetics if you can't do it.

alright if anyone could help i would be very much appreciative. So about 2 and a half weeks ago, i stopped eating regularly. I already had been barely eating, but now it’s starting to become a little severe. From eating two meals a day to now only eating half and a couple of snacks. It stared when i a panic attack, i was just really anxious and paranoid to the point where i didn’t feel like eating. Now, I wouldn’t say the anxiety is still there, but I’m still rejecting food the same. I’m honestly a little scared because I have fasted before either by choice or not, but I was able to pick up my diet again. Now, I don’t even feel the urge to eat.

Im watching this on 2024, loved the video, and i have to ask; at min 9.50 you named a study from 2018, but theres an study from 2020 or 2021 i dont remember exactly the year, that said that if you eat more protein than you were supposed to (like in the study you said) its better. Im just asking if you still recomend that 0.73 grams of protein per pound. Sorry for the bad english, greetings from Argentina

Junk science. Getting in shape is all about consistency and discipline. Working out consistently x number of days a week for years is way more important than making sure you eat a certain number of hours after said workout or eating something specific post workout. Avoid watching these videos shorts after a workout.

After a work out I'll lose about a pound a day. But after my sleep I'll drop about an extra 2 pounds. Then by the next time I weight myself before my work out again I'll be back to my original weight 🥲
