alright if anyone could help i would be very much appreciative. So about 2 and a half weeks ago, i stopped eating regularly. I already had been barely eating, but now it’s starting to become a little severe. From eating two meals a day to now only eating half and a couple of snacks. It stared when i a panic attack, i was just really anxious and paranoid to the point where i didn’t feel like eating. Now, I wouldn’t say the anxiety is still there, but I’m still rejecting food the same. I’m honestly a little scared because I have fasted before either by choice or not, but I was able to pick up my diet again. Now, I don’t even feel the urge to eat.
Im watching this on 2024, loved the video, and i have to ask; at min 9.50 you named a study from 2018, but theres an study from 2020 or 2021 i dont remember exactly the year, that said that if you eat more protein than you were supposed to (like in the study you said) its better. Im just asking if you still recomend that 0.73 grams of protein per pound. Sorry for the bad english, greetings from Argentina
Junk science. Getting in shape is all about consistency and discipline. Working out consistently x number of days a week for years is way more important than making sure you eat a certain number of hours after said workout or eating something specific post workout. Avoid watching these videos shorts after a workout.
After a work out I'll lose about a pound a day. But after my sleep I'll drop about an extra 2 pounds. Then by the next time I weight myself before my work out again I'll be back to my original weight 🥲
