One reason I needed to stop lifting heavy was because I wasn't taking the time to stretch or do core work so I kept hurting my lower back. My muscles are also uneven, my right side of my body must keep taking over and I can't afford a personal trainer. So I'm doing lower weights still, less often, and one arm or leg at a time to even out. I'm walking more. Less time at the gym which gave me anxiety. And I have more energy to play with you son because I was overtraining before. Also, after 3 yrs of weightlifting, I was bulky.. I known its bad to say and I do like the look of fit muscle. But I still couldn't get my diet right so I wasn't losing weight, just gained lots of muscle underneath and my quads are huuuuge haha AND working out high intensity makes me so hungry! So looking forward to slimming down a bit and going with the flow more with my fitness. ❤

I’m not a woman but i think general safety tips is to stay close to families, don’t go out at night, never tell people you’re alone, what hotel you’re in, or any personal info, and have some self defense tools like pepper spray, you can also get invisawear or something to inform your friends and family if something happened. If you notice anyone suspicious following you try to talk to someone as if you already know them and give them hints that you’re in danger or that you might be in danger. Stay safe.

What do you use to film yourself walking ? I found last summer it’s best to stay in zone 1 ( resident Victoria is a great location hotel for Americans!)
