5th Ward Weebie (Jerome Cosey) is a Prolific New Orleans Rapper, Actor and Record Producer. His name comes from the 5th Ward area of New Orleans, where he was born and raised.

His hit songs "F$%! Katrina" and "I really Want You" are featured in HBO's Emmy-Nominated New Orleans Series TREME. He is featured on Grammy-Winning Artist Lil' Wayne's mega-hit "Bend It Ova," Entertainment Mogul Master P's "Oooh Weee," and The 504 Boyz "Tight Whips."



Weebie also starred in the movie Block Party with Kane & Abel, and its' sequels Block Party 2 and Block Party 3. Weebie also appears in Rim Shop. Referred to by fans as The King of Bounce, Weebie has made the New Orleans genre of music and dance internationally famous.
