You can only find it if you pop open the secret wall. Apparently lots of people miss the secret wall -- it's the first one I found in the DLC, so thought it was worth pointing out. And...that's the point of the video. Like when I stumbled on how to fight DryleafDane. And when I stumbled onto opening the Secret Marika area. Those are cool if you figure them out yourself -- but if you don't, then videos like this can help! =D
Not that hard to figure out, tbh. I figured it out no problem...I remembered a note early in DLC by Grace/Cross about fighting a monk without words somewhere to the East. Remembered it took a gesture, but didn't remember which gesture... so I tried several other gestures first. Then it was obvious which one to use once I read the Gesture names!
at most of the grace/cross areas there is often a random note, and at least a few guys to talk to. I'm pretty sure this Gesture and Note saying "come fight me to the east, no words are necessary" was at the first grace you come to when you start the DLC (before going into Belurat).
Totally... and he got totally wrecked by the Great Ice Katana... Earned all his loot and stuff tho. Haven't done a hand-to-hand combat build. Maybe next playthrough?!
TADA! Glad I helped someone! For some reason I remembered the dialogue/note from some early grace that earned me that gesture. Took a while to remember what it was called! I imagine there's another place to use the "O, Mother" gesture somewhere in DLC too...TBD!
lol! Cuz of the massive ice stomp windup? Great ice katana, great ice stomp, great DLC! Sadly Dryleaf Dane had his first and last fight that day. But at least it was cool! Haha!
@@droydafterhours freakbait is a channel that gives missions that are pretty random, this one in particular is a mission where you have to comment 👾 on every single video you watch.
There may be. I think the level cap is somewhere around 715 or something. I'm not nearly that high...no need! I finished the base game at ~155 and am in DLC at about 162 now.
If you are not playing the game as intended by utilizing what's been provided for you as a player to mitigate challenges, then ALL you're doing is creating self induced friction by making the game more challenging...BY CHOICE. Demonizing and ridiculing other players for " working smarter NOT harder " make those doing so nothing but ELITISTS!!!
LOL! You clearly haven't watched any of my vids/streams but this. Mimic is awesome, and I use him in EVERY boss fight and some other hard areas. And, this area is relatively easy once you have a build that can beat that big hammer guy. I've gone back and forth with the Moonveil, the Keen Katana, and the new Great Katana. Moonveil is still awesome cuz it penetrates shields some. I'm on your side dude -- this vid was just a joke cuz everyone says spirit summons is ez mode, In fact, at the end, I just let the mimic do the fighting. I thought it was funny! =D
This was one of the best boss foghts in the game for me. I was pretty overlevelled but it was still really fun. To get through the seal, you have to do the ranni storyline to unlock the chest where ralanna is
Yup! Eventually got there, I think! =D I finished the game as her consort, so I assume I did her quest correctly! =D Loving the start of the DLC so far... :)
In the famous words of miyo, git gud scrub. Fun game, but you died. Did you glitch your way there? Or your friend let you play on his game? No way you're advanced enough to get there. Wrong gear on, And you got owned, repeatedly. Keep playing, you'll get better after a few thousand deaths. Yours, not theirs 🤣🤣
Totally! I'm still on my first playthrough (1 as coop, 1 as solo) -- and am only just beginning Act2 now! =D This game is crazy interesting and huge! Kinda like Elden Ring, but in a different way. Gotta finish it before Elden Ring DLC drops in a month! =O
Lol!! Birthday! This guy says “dynasty” the way the Volcano dude says “Together”. And in the end, both were easy to beat w my lame magic battle samurai build!
Haha! Yes. There were many situations from this area that I deeply regretted! Check out the blood chicken video and first white mask invasion! Lol! Mohg battle coming soon…
Yes… the blood lake. Ack! Provided several humorous situations w white mask, blood chickens, and giant ghost skeletons tho! Hope you Enjoy those normal form videos. ;)
Good luck! It can be a tough one! What class are you? Finally did it (if I remember right I made my mimic like a tank and put the agro talisman on him). That helped some. :) also got lucky he didn’t do his teleport grab attack on me that run.
Yes! Inspired me to make some parody songs. This is the first silly song. And I’m almost done another… Elden Ring Song Parody Meme - Break My Stance / Keep on Rollin ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Gw_Wy4_ZOR4.html
Just wait till you get really aquatinted to the game; I've been invading and playing a lot of pvp and this place + the swamp in caelid are sone of my favorite spots to play. The scarlet rot is a fun variable to throw into the mix and when you throw mushroom armor on you can use the higher scarlet rot resistance to your advantage
Good luck! After Radahn, check out how we did it! And be sure to watch the "How to find the War Dead Catacombs" video to find it after the Radahn battle.
Sorry, power cut out for me at about 1:44:27, in the video. Power came back on at around 1:21 PST, but I played back the stream from where I got cut off... and you beat the dragon! Nice!
